With the cloud wheels gear the belt doesn't go in all the way. I believe raldey boards made their gear wider. It's kinda sketchy riding it ride now since the belt doesn't wear evenly since it's not completely biting the wheel pulley. But it works
I use the 120mm Cloudwheels instead of the 105mm. I feel like there is more torque and breaking power. I'm hitting 32mph on a cloud wheel 40t gears not provided by Raldey so I'd a little diy with spacing of the wheels. I'm getting 30 miles of range on cloud because I put a diy battery which is larger than the stock battery.
i actually like how the motors stick up like that. looks badass. however, i dont like these “axel extenders” . they make the trucks look veryyy strange
I actually do have a question. On like an exway flex do you think it would be able to work if I switched from cloud wheels to AT wheels? I don't know if that will work with their motor. And I tried one of my friends AT carbon boards and it was soo smooth and I loved it vs mine
Going from stock wheels to 105 Cloudwheels on my WowGo 3X was amazing. A lot more comfortable on rough pavement and the MANY cobblestone streets here in Portugal. But man, I want an AT board so bad 😅
@@gabrielsap reviews of cloudwheels are not showing that much differences. Maybe you are heavy which make the contact surface more flat ? I'm 54kg and about to order the 3x with cloudwheels. Also because of the delivery (not free and 40days against free and 7) I'm putting the exway flex aside
@@automata157 I'm around 80Kg but anyways there will be range loss since the motors have to work harder to move the big wheels. Summing up, you get more top speed, but less range, less torque and weaker breaking.
@@gabrielsap Check Daniel Kwan's video trying cloud wheels with exway flex (pretty similar to the 3X). I'm agree with you it's logic but don't seems to be that much of a difference. I guess I'll see by myself
It’s 3:27 am and this was 100% what I came here for. Thx. 🎉
Hey bro have a question
@@mm2Milo you got a question for me? lol
On the video. What are the size of the axle spacer or those on 1.33 he's taking off. U know by chance?
I think they stopped making the kit so do you think I could get the measurements for the axle spacers?

Does anyone know the specifications of the spacers?
What size is the axle spacer are
What are the size are on the Shaft Sleeve Adapter on them on cloud wheels?

Is it 12 theeth motor pulley or 15 theeth?
15
Raldey is providing 120mm now instead of 105 so the wheels look a little less ridiculous and the ride is a little better

I think I'll go for 120mm ones
@@automata157 I would not. My range dropped from 20km to around 15km (in mode 2) with the 105s. That would be even worse with the 120s
