The ship at 19:16 is no short trip tourist ship, it makes river cruises (mostly: Basel-Amsterdam-Basel). By using water ways, you can also travel from there to the Blacksea. The Rhein is connected via a canal to the Danube wich ends in the Blacksea.

Koblenz city beautifully designed with lovely structures. The traffic though seems all messed up with a major jam at the intersection in the beginning, as a result of which car drivers kept honking like crazy. It shows people are always in a tearing hurry no matter what the obstacle. 😥😥
The honking was due to a wedding. I passed the cars and it seems the wedding couple plus several guests in their cars. It's more a tradition to honk after a wedding among people with Turkish immigration background. Germans will only honk when the German national football teams wins a major game at the Euro or Worldcup 😎
From the looks it was cars from a Turkish or Lebanese wedding. Germans honk when the national football team won something important. Honking for a wedding etc. as in other cultures is frowned upon by Germans who prefer generally prefer the quiet
