The design is so lit. Every thing is well coordinated. Hoping that one day, I'll have enough funds to cover the renovation of my 100sqm house into this one less the pool. Lol.
I have seen so many of these 2 bedroom homes in the last 2 months.....and each one amazes me. I love the Earth tones used to warm up the coldness of the stone walls.
This is one of the most gorgeous, eye catching, minimalist home plans I have seen in some time! I would go as far as say this is my dream home, somehow it took shape in somebody else's mind in the exact way that I conceived it!! If I had one, just one, wish today, it would be to be able one day, to build, purchase or even rent or remodel such a place!! It embodies all the things I love in modern architecture - minimalism, clean lines, bespoke wooden floors, mixing of stone surfaces, tranquility, water elements and so much more!!! Kudos and help us keep the dream alive!!!!!!!
I love this design; it's beautiful. I'm just not used to seeing a pool in the front of the property but it works, great job !!!! I think I could get used to it.....It definitely enhances the view out from the living room.....

I love the design and how the light just flowed into the space. the open floor plan was breathtaking. There was two things that caught my attention (1) not enough storage for kitchen items (i.e pantry, utility closet) and the bathrooms did not seem to have a space for cleaning supplies. Again, overall, its a wonderful design (smile)
Your designs are some of the best I have seen anywhere! I would love to see what you could do with a Carriage House design. 3 car garage on the bottom, and a 70 to 90 sqm apartment upstairs. Most of what is out there is pretty boring. I have been playing around with this design. Placing it on top of a garage, and changing the orientation so that the pool and yard would face the side...or back of the house. The one big issue is the view of the pool from the living room would change as it would now be on the second floor. I have also been playing around with keeping it like it is, but turning the house sideways on the lot with the garages either on the front or side, but keeping it away from the yard/pool area. So that way there could be an outdoor kitchen, dining area, with the pool. I also tried adding some of the Black Stone...or Brick to the outside of the house. As a bachelor, this house is almost perfect for me. I just need room for garage/workshop/home gym...and maybe a few more yard amenities.
I've been searching for house designs for years, and I've finally found exactly what I've been looking for! I wonder what the dimensions of the lot area are? Thank you❤
Please clarify, the entire footprint (upstairs n downstairs) is not 90 sqm, I assume only the downstairs is that size...correct? What is upstairs square footage? Absolutely delicious design...
