We were able to fish that stretch while we were there, we had a blast on our trip! Tellie caught her new PB blue during a live stream! Soo much fun!

Sorry to hear your getting the sciatica. I deal with it also. This helps me, when you first get up in the morning stretch out your legs while laying down. Do some recline squats. Work your ankles around. Then get up and do some regular squats while holding on to a door casing or counter. Do some waist twists and tie touches. Hope it helps. Bomber cats. Just awesome

Great video. I dealt with sciatica nerve problems for years. Wasn’t until recently I learned how to pop my hip. You really need to google how to pop your hips. I do it once a week and have no issues anymore

If you really want to test it you need to try skipjack tail with the stinger fly. Or better yet chicken with a fly.
I feel ur pain. Check out the "yoga trapeze" I've been using it for two yrs now. Works great for the back issues. Weird at first but works. I've had back surgery and spinal decompression. It works.
