The destructive power of a very natural phenomenon called rain which at times can cause massive damage and result in severe personal and property possession losses and big insurance claims when people live on the side of such a wonderful river! My heart aches right now for those home owners!

I feel no pain for the wealthy people, the useless bastards are probably compensated by insurance.
What about the poor people with no insurance?
