I like to experiment with different construction techniques, but this is how I learned to knit socks, and it remains my favorite!
I agree! After trying all the different methods, two circulars is my favorite!

Hi how do you call this method of knitting ? I was able to double my yarn on the other side to make it padded toe.

It's possible - but probably with sport-weight yarn, not sock yarn.
