I'm no expert, just an engineer... That machine is worn out. Can you not re-surface the jaws with some hard-facing welds to increase the corrugations...?

I worked with jaw crushers for 43years, most jaws are manganese,hard to get a good weld on them,cheaper to buy new. I’ve seen a lot worse!
