I bet too slow on that tight downhill corner. I did the same rolling to a stop on a right downhill. When I went to put my feet down the right part of the road was just a few inches lower. There is no stopping an 800 pound tour bike once it starts to go.
I had a passenger and all I could do is control the lay down. No damage and no problem picking the bike up. Others did come to assist, but I can pick the bike up on my own. Not a big deal but a little embarrassing.

Heavy bike tip of the day: turn around and put your butt against the seat, grab onto the engine guards and LIFT WITH YOUR LEGS! One small person can do it easily. Caution, too much force and you will dump the bike on the other side

With respect, you've never ridden a Wing, have you? This is obvious from your lean angle comment & the fact you have the lack of knowledge to compare them with Harleys.
      They are similar.
      Visually.
To someone who knows nothing about either.
Harley - designed as a cruiser by an American tractor manufacturer who still does things the way they always have because 'MURICA - HOO AWW!!!
Goldwing - designed from the ground up as the ultimate 2 person TOURER (not cruiser) by one of the world's most competent & innovative bike manufacturers.
