Any full body costume that isn't seperated into top and bottom halves (remember the undersuit he has on is a 1 piece) means that as soon as you feel you MIGHT need to go, you head back to your room and desuit. You'd have to take off everything from the shoulders to the thigh plates just to unzip the body suit and pull it down far enough to use the toilet. If you wait till you really NEED to go, you'll never make it.
It's not as much of a problem as everybody thinks. You basically sweat all of the liquid you consume out again. Works like that with Mandalorian armour at least. This giving even more coverage should not be much different...
The problem with sitting in any costume that has solid plates over the groin/butt is that it will ride up on you if you sit and have to be pushed down and readjusted when you stand up again. Also, it would be very uncomfortable to sit in. But it is possible.
You buy unassembled armor kits from craftsmen recommended by the 501st Legion members. Then you pretty much make and assemble everything else on your own (best way to make it fit on you well). Don't buy from ebay as those are over-priced recasts which usually don't look good nor accurate.

Unless you're talking about SW lore,it looks like the pieces were all plastic and rubber(Some pieces may be rubber so you can move around more),so it looks like it could cost from 60-$100,Not including the helmet.

no They aren´t. Stormtroopers are imperial citizens. Clones get older. Episode 4 starts 19 years after the 3rd Episode. Some clones can be still there, but mostly the Empire had to take new recruits.

Nope, you'll need to get your own or make it. If you're willing to drop all that money on a suit, a holster shouldn't be to much trouble to get.
