- For beginners, here is a tutorial on inputting Periodic Boundary conditions in ANSYS Fluent using TUI. There is a staggered tube Heat Exchanger. The hot cylinders are placed in a staggered manner in the Heat exchanger. The Cylinder wall temperature is 343K, and water is used as coolant which is flowing at a mass flow rate of 0.05 kg/s at 298 K. Apply the periodic Boundary conditions to provide the mass flow rate at the Heat exchanger inlet to make the flow repetitive through the Heat exchanger model.

thank you that was a great walk trough
You are most welcome.
Nice to hear your voice sir.....Very informative video.
Thanks and welcome
thank you sir , you are awesome

Thanks for sharing

Hi, thanks for this teaching. Could you please check whether the energy (Total Heat Transfer Rate in Watts) is conserved in flux report? If it is not zero or close to zero, what could be the reason? :)
Thank you sir
You are most welcome.
many thamks very informative video but please the music was a distrection only
Ok, would try to remove the music in our upcoming videos.
Kindly make tutorials on ensight
Will try to make a tutorial if possible.
can you do one for Aqua silencer....just simple quick tutorial
Please send more details to ansystutor7@gmail.com
@@AnsysTutor like a simple expansion muffler filled with water and exhaust gas flowing through it
Send me the link of journal paper for this video
You can search for heat transfer in a staggered heat exchanger.
11:18 this doesn’t happen in Fluent 2024.
