Paul Washer is a blessing from heaven. Mr Washer thank you so much for glorifying The Holy Holy Holy One and His Divine Revelation who is Jesus The Christ and magnifying the Living presence of The Paraclete all for the glory of our living God in The name of Jesus Christ -- I heard you preach and I listened and that my brother is a miracle so thank you ! There are no words that can express the joy I have found in The Divibe Revelation of Our Living God who is Jesus The Christ …Selah !

What did Apostle Paul do in the first age? He went to the desert, right. What about Peter, what did he do in preparation for his sermon during the day of pentecost? An upper room experience. What about John Baptist, what of Moses before his great commision? Listen dear friends, it is not by might , neither by the power of man and his fleshly carnal scholarly theological learning, but we know Him thrpuhh His Spiritual Revelation. Peter was once told, flesh nor blood did not reveal It to you or in layman's terms, you never strived and struggled to mentally achieve by some degree or carnal thinking and reasoning BUT IT WAS REVEALED TO YOU BY THE HOLY GHOST.
We Know and Live Christ by Revelation, NOT BY ANY RELIGIOUS STUDY. If it takes reading books, then the common man who never went to school gets locked out of salvation. That's why the scripture says, Peter and John were UNLEARNED AND IGNORANT. But they preached the APOSTOLIC DOCTRINE and laid FOUNDATIONAL ORIGINAL FAITH AND CHURCH DOCTRINE.
Paul once asked: where is the scholar, where is the scribe and the pharisee. THEY WERE NOT PART OF THAT HUMBLE LITTLE FLOCK OF THE FIRST CHURCH AGE. God's sheep must be foolish sp they can walk by faith alone and not any intellectuals from that tree of knowledge.
The just shall live by faith! They look to the unseen!
God bless you all and may He reveal to us his Scripture for His glory is my prayer, in the blessed Holy name of the Lord Jesus Christ, Amen.

Did you hear what he said? He reads the text over and over THEN he consults his books. The reason that he consults the books is so that he interprets according to what God has taught the church through time. He doesn't want to stand in his own interpretation. That's proper hermeneutics.

When I heard that Psalms contains the highest % of what we know about God, I started a notebook in which I write down for each verse the attributes, work and words of God. It is a big surprise how much is there. I'm also doing a similar thing with the N.T. and Jesus.

So well said for a prayer I had last night which nearly was the same prayer for myself. As far as we study to “show [ourselves] approved” may we as men be even quicker to accept our selves as “earthen vessels” which God has sovereignly placed His treasure.

John 3:16 is a huge Arminian used verse and in reality it is a parallel to Moses and the isrealites in the wilderness lifting his staff with the serpent and people either looked and were healed or they perished,

It’s God who changes hearts it’s God who calls. We are to do our part and glorify God not question him

Many people spend all their time studying about Jesus, but spend few time or no time with Jesus.... Because they read and read and read... but they have hard times to believe what is written... They need to know what other people says but doubt the Bible, It's difficult to understand people with all that knowledge and still not believing what the Bible says... The Bible says very clear; "Who also made us adequate as servants of a new covenant, not of the letter but of the Spirit; for the letter kills, but the Spirit gives life. 2 Cor 3:16" ... We need to go deeper in the Spirit because the Spirit gives life, the letter produces death... "For if the ministry of condemnation has glory, much more does the ministry of righteousness excel in glory. 2 Cor 3:9"

    1 Corinthians 2:9-16 KJVS
But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him. [10] But God hath revealed them unto us by his Spirit: for the Spirit searcheth all things, yea, the deep things of God. [11] For what man knoweth the things of a man, save the spirit of man which is in him? even so the things of God knoweth no man, but the Spirit of God. [12] Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the spirit which is of God; that we might know the things that are freely given to us of God. [13] Which things also we speak, not in the words which man's wisdom teacheth, but which the Holy Ghost teacheth; comparing spiritual things with spiritual. [14] But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned. [15] But he that is spiritual judgeth all things, yet he himself is judged of no man. [16] For who hath known the mind of the Lord, that he may instruct him? But we have the mind of Christ.

Remember your leaders, those who spoke to you the word of God. Consider the outcome of their way of life, and imitate their faith” (Heb. 13:7).
There is a significant difference between learning and imitating as opposed to reverential worship and fear of something as an object of deity.
But since I love the Word of God, I'll end with this:
"Let the wise listen and add to their learning, and let the discerning get guidance- for understanding proverbs and parables, the sayings and riddles of the wise. The fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge,
but fools despise wisdom and instruction." I'd rather not be a fool and learn from wise men. @@stevenfetzer4911

The Lord is not a part of calvinism. So, whenever Paul Washer dives into calvinism, the Lord certainly does not approve.
Sometimes Paul Washer is accurate. But when he speaks as a calvinist, he's 100% incorrect.
      TULIP is 100 % heresy

@@silvertrumpet5313he has feelings. Fully pure according to His nature. He has anger against sin, He delights in those who fear Him like it says in Psalm 147:11-12. He is well pleased in His son Jesus Christ. God has feelings, just like we do. We were created after His image after all right? Only thing is our feelings are marred by sin because of what the decision made in Eden to eat from the forbidden fruit did. This is my conclusion based on what I have seen in the Bible.

    Excellent selection!
After several years of study, I have begain to view my favorite authors almost as friends, entering the study becomes a reunion of advisors. Men like Samuel Logan Brengle, J.A. Wood, Beverly Caradine, and
Jaimeson Fausett and Brown, although limited in the amount of text they addressed, have been a great blessing to me as well!
And music. Keep an instrument in your study and use song to enrich the moments with christ.

All that knowledge never able to come to the Knowledge of Truth God gives only some as Apostles Prophets Preachers and Teachers. What this man has done is what the pharisees did to their Scriptures never able to come to believe on the Son of God not able to understand his testimony and killed the Lord for their misunderstanding making him God in their minds and killing Him for their perceived blasphemy making himself to be God. Anyone who chases the pharisees understanding of who Jesus is have chased the religious spirits doctrines of men and devils.
