Hi Bernard! You are correct, somehow that there are many buyers who are investors, but there are at least 200 or even more ongoing house constructions. More in the Avida, Alveo brand than the ALP. I think momentum is gaining. Market for the Country Club not limited to the Nuvali area. There numerous non-Nuvali and non-Ayala villages in the area. I appreciate your comment.
