I think Abrio & Santierra will be the Forbes-Dasma of Nuvali being at the center of Nuvali CBD. Westgrove has an identity of it’s own. I really think Westgrove is Westgrove. The same with Ayala Greenfield Estates. I think both developments are top notch that is at par with other exclusive villages in Metro Manila.
SM Yolo will probably be low end. The demographics don't support high end unless folks from Makati or Taguig will visit. Even SM Santa Rosa isn't high end compared to SM Auroa or Ayala One or Ayala Manila Bay. The SM and Ayala Malls in Santa Rosa and Cavite lack the high end creative Chinese cuisines or Persian dishes as well as other enthic choices one can only find in Manila.

Another correction: sm yulo is still part of Santa rosa not “technically Silang”. It is located right after Silang Cavite boundary marker
