@@suechapman6026 yeah as a home baker that actually does laminated brioche dough or other puff pastries... when you work with butter that needs to keep consistency and not blend... the hard part is doing all this at room temperature... the solution is to either have a cool controlled environnement either a table or a room or to go back and forth with a fridge or some refrigerating units between folds. the folding is just cumbersome not hard....
I wish I had a laminating machine! Although it’s pretty satisfying to do it yourself and actually get it done correctly, imo. Yesterday I made a batch of puff pastry and it came out perfect for the first time ever! Now I’m anxious to try making yeasted laminated dough by hand. Wish me luck🤞🏻

You put them in mini bags or plastic wrap separately. Then put the mini bags into a large piping bag. That’s how they do it with frosting at least.
