      @@DailyStalkerUpdateOh, we have more than enough clues, baby boy.
      You allowed your skills to stagnate, and as a result, you can no longer stay competitive in a growing market.
      You had no ambitions in life beyond just surviving a basic job, and as a result, migrants with a 2nd grade education are more than adequate enough to replace you.
      You had all the time in the world to create a path for success, but instead you chose to use that time to watch TV, play video games, scroll through TikTok, and drink and do drugs.

      @tameragray1933 7 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@DailyStalkerUpdate It would accomplish more than you think. The American people have more power than the President, Congress, Government, Mayor, etc because we are the ones who put them in their seat. I had this older guy in his 80s tell me that this generation of people "are nothing but yes men and will put up with anything." I'm pretty sure you have seen on social media of something going viral where restaurants, clubs, ect were put out of business, and people have lost their jobs, or whatever just because they did something that millions didn't like and support coming from other countries as well, It caused a domino effect. That is just half of what could happen when sticking together. If the US has 342 million people that live here and most out of that 342 million boycott, protest, and say I'm not paying this high rent, high taxes, and I'm not taking this low pay etc and go as far as getting a tent or just stop paying bills, removing your money from banks and stop going to work to make a statement. What do you think will happen after most of our population say no? Remember this is most out 342 million people. You can't be taxed, they can't put you out and no one will be getting paid. There aren't enough sheriffs, judges, cops in the US to be able to handle something that massive. You better stop thinking small and start thinking big because prices, rent, costs, and crime are only going to go up.

Unless you want to live in a part of town where Domino's doesn't deliver after dark and Metro won't go to, stay out of Vegas, it's ridiculous anymore. Insurance rates are thru the roof thanks to the drunks and dispensaries , because people don't use it responsibly. too many deaths and accidents on the roads and it is every single day now. yes , thank you! Unless you specialize in something like becoming a doctor or a lawyer, there isn't much here. Sales, convention industry which is thick as thieves with relatives and the buddy system, casino jobs or the pole, lol. that's about it and they all pay crappy. Degree or no degree, unless you're someone's special relative.

    Not that long ago people who couldn't afford southern California moved to affordable Vegas. If people start moving out of state, who's left to want to move to a high rent, extremely hot desert? Landlords should know better than to price themselves out of the only game in town. The renters.

    Need to change the zoning laws the two-story maximum for Apartments needs to be amended to three stories or four stories or five stories. You need to just increase the supply. The landlords will be forced to lower the rents. If there’s more supply it’s very simple more supply if the private sector is building enough, the public sector needs to start offering tax and incentives, etc., for the private developers to start building more if they still build then the public needs to

      and so called professional jobs don't start at much more, they never paid well here unless you're a doctor, lawyer or you hit the stripper pole, lol. Wages are very low here and now stagnent yet, you must make 3x the rent. Makes no sense. none. I used to like living here, I hate it now; I am blessed my husband makes a good living but I see what others go thru, I have been interviewing and with my experience and I have an education, what they want to pay me, in the area I have experience in, is criminal. I made that when I started out back in the late 90's. They want you to coddle and de escalate tough clients/ situations all for a whopping wage I would never be able to live on here. This place hasn't changed as far as what they pay people yet rents , home prices , gas, groceries are thru the roof now. I don't know how people with kids do it, I see the dad working construction and the wife stays home, they have 2 or 3 kids. Sad what is happening here.

      you need to make over 90k to survive here. A cheap apartment will be in a bad part of town and they won't tell you that. Crime is thru the roof all over out here, insurance is thru the roof, there are deadly accidents every single day because people are drunk or high, groceries are high, gas is high. They can make these new apartments look great but beware of what part of town they are in. You would need to go way up in Summerlin, not the lower part, or out in Seven Hills, Anthem area , some parts of Green Valley or Henderson. Otherwise, the crime and traffic is too much.
