I think it was already pretty much said but right now there are 3 spots for Tokyo. Tokyo usually has 2 spots for Nationals because they have bigger population / more schools (as compared to other prefectures like in Miyagi where Karasuno, Shiratorizawa, Seijoh, etc are from). And those 2 spots are taken by Itachiyama (Nationals Champion last Inter-High) and Fukurodani as they won their first matches. The other extra (3rd) spot for Tokyo comes from the fact that the Nationals will be held in Tokyo this time around. There's always an extra spot for wherever the Nationals will be held. So for example, Nationals will be in Miyagi, instead of the usual 1 spot, they're gonna have 2 spots. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR HAIKYUU!! REACTIONS

Hey, I don’t think anyone mentioned it yet, but since you were wondering. The art style is different in season 4 because it also changed in the manga around this time, so the studio wanted to match the anime to the manga in that aspect as well. For the animation, as you know the studio didn’t change, but there were a few years between S3 and S4, so the team probably had some changes of workers or more throughout the years.
Alsooooo this season was made during the middle of the pandemic which can explain a LOT of the changes considering all the stuff they had to go through to complete it and idk how I forgot to mention that before since it was one of the biggest things, but yeah.
There are 2 spots for the Nationals. Nekoma needs to win this match to go to nationals. This is definitely one of my fave OVAs. Bokuto’s entrance is ICONIC! Yaku getting injured... an ova giving us a cliffhanger is pretty cool! Can't wait for part 2 😁

Well Furokodani is one of the best team so is not suprise that they win specially with Bokuto who is one of the best too haha
