It's all been a promotional tour to sell his books, MY point is that him making money off of it was never some hidden agenda.. He never once came out and said he was ONLY doing this as his duty as a journalist? Were the hyperlinks to preorder the book on all the articles that ran the story not enough? The huge pictures of the book cover? The multiple mentions of the title of the book? The two aren't mutually exclusive either. You can both want to make some cash AND feel its your journalistic duty to fight back against all those that willingly support a regime that butchered a fellow journalist. He has done both, everything he's reported and written is true and done to expose dealings with a government he fundamentally disagrees with. Him making bank from the book at the same time doesn't discredit the other.
