Man I hope this patch today doesn't fix this. I've been taking my time with the story so I haven't beaten it yet and ability patches are so unreasonably rare 😭
Just make sure the item it's holding is the same as the one you initially used in duping. Otherwise, when you try to remove it using the typical method, you won't be able to remove it because the game doesn't think it's the same Koraidon
I can’t ever get the A B trick to work because every time I do it it either sends the pokemon to my boxes or says that my pokemon can’t be sent to the boxes

They have an unpaid intern working the coding in this game plus the one working the shinies color department, I'll be very surprised if they ban people for this.

Some tips for those duping. If you want to dupe something else just remove the item from the dupe legendary, have it hold another dupe item then just tap a so it goes into ride form, go to box 1, x x twice then L and remove item. Rinse and repeat. To get rid of dupe legendary either catch a Pokémon and put it in your party and if that doesn’t work only have one Pokémon in your party plus dupe legendary, go down to ride legendary and press a on it, it should get rid of the dupe

I've kept my duped mon since before the patches, and was still able to use the glitch for a long time, but now it's definitely not working. The Koraidon never has the option to put away the item I'm trying to dupe. Only has the option to give the item in the box, even though it's already holding an item outside the box
once you get fast at it, it takes about 13 seconds to do a single loop iteration, for those of you wondering how fast it is to do 999 of one item. which will be about 3.6 hours of perfect no misclick duping.
I just bought the game, and had to go through the entire game on 1.0 just to do this glitch. At least I have 50 masterballs and gold bottle caps. Now its time to grind 6 star raids solo to find an ability patch.

No that box is extra for it hence the name of the box. Its so you can put it in a battle team. There will be one in that box even if you get rid of the clone, except you lose your mirai/korai by some miracle.
PSA PATCH 1.1 IS LIVE!!! It removes the ability to force your legendary into the box to clone BUT if you still have your clone you can still dupe items!
Ok I updated with the glitched koriadon and I usually have the 2nd koriadon on my team and i was thinking of making the glitch a permanent addition to my team but is it a fully functioning pokemon? (Nickname, evs, ect) or will it crash my game?
Is there any way to clone the items before the reaching the end? I would need more items when playing the game to skip the grind then after the end credit where i would most likely already have a lot of stuff by that point...
No it’s all post game. However to quickly grind just make a ham sammich and Head to the chansey spot in the north. Half hour can get your whole team to 50s/60s depending what level you are starting
Looks like that is the only part that is patch. I've saved my file when i just need to change to ride form my miraidon then patched the game. I can confirm the last part of duplication glitch is still working
I have some questions: Are you able to get rid of the miraidon or koraidon in your party if you update and still have it in the party, and two, what happens if you have moraidons in y our boxes - do those ones stay and can they be brought over to the party to perform the glitch? If so then one could just make a box of extra legendaries.
There's also a glitch with Pokemon when you use mimic to mimic sketch which permanently overrides mimic with perma sketch which let's the Pokemon be able to have any move in the game!
I can't do it now and for some reason before I even updated the game everytime I glitches my miraidon and gave it a item when I went to return to ride form to glitch the item it just kept returning it to ride form and stopped working for me anyway not sure why but now iv updated it so I can't do it anymore

you’ll need to go to your first box, press x twice then l, and it should take you to the koraidon box. for some reason the box is either ordered as the last or a #0 box, so you’ll need to be right next to it to find it.
@@wristed8326 using your thumb, hit A then quickly slide to B. If youre not fast enough, it will say cannot transfer miraidon. If timing not right, the A wont register then you will send the lechonk to the box lol
Can confirm, this doesn't work anymore after patch 1.1.0. Whenever you try to quickly press A and then B to send the caught Pokémon to your box, now it will always trigger the "You can't send Koraidon/Miraidon to your Boxes" no matter how quickly you press the buttons in succession. It was good while it lasted.
You can switch item you are cloning with this method without restarting the process so you don't have to catch a pokemon for the new item you want to clone. 1st: Take the item from ride pokemon in the box AND battle form. 2nd: Switch battle form to ride form and it resets showing no item held. (I did it twice just to be safe). 3rd: Give item to battle form to be cloned 4th: Switch to ride form. (After first switch the new battle form should be updated with the new item. I again did it twice to be safe.) 5th: Go to boxes press X 2times then L and the ride box should have the item, put it in your bag and repeat the process in this vid of retrieving cloned items.

Make multiple clones and put them in ur pc for later use I have 20 koraidons in my pc for later use

*** to remove duped of party:
Ride on koraidon or miraidon.
Open menu.
Click on koraidon or miraidon to get off.
It should get rid of it out of party.

This took forever I did this for xl candies and it was an hour long venture to get enough to help complete what I needed for raids

Do step one again and get the Korai/Mirai back in your box and release it from your box
when you have the Koraidon in your party, press + to ride Koraidon, then click on the ride form of Koraidon in your party. hope this helps!
