A note for those who this isn't working for! After you give the item to our bike pokemon have it return to bike form then proceed as stated in the video, seems like it fails to duplicate now if you don't do this so that it 'remembers' it holds an item.
I learned about this today, only because I did it on accident. It still works I just can’t replicate it but a duplicate is the item that my legendary was holding
You can also turn this into quite the infinite money farm. If you manage to get an ability patch from a 6* tera raid, you can dupe the ability patch, which sells for 125k per which I believe is the highest value in the game. so if you do this 10 times, you get 1,250,000 from it. Which is much faster than any other method. This allows you to get your Pokemon raid ready in no time!
If you're having trouble, start slow, you have to go slower than you think. Also I'm not 100% sure but if you switch the items or try to remove the extra legendary, you might have to restart the process from the beginning afterwards or else the items will disappear if you try to redo it, so you have to make sure you turn it into a bike with the item and back into the team. I think the game thinks it's part of the pokemon if you swap it into a bike with the item somehow which allows it to keep it even when duplicating.
Safer way to get rid of duped legendaries is just have your original in your party and this makes it so you can release the dupes ones straight from the box
@@braedonmb if i'm correct you should not trade the dupes cause it got the same ID as the original and I heard that, If they are getting traded, the original owner could get banned. Correct me if I'm wrong
@@braedonmb you can't trade them. I tried to trade a duplicated Koraidon to my friend but it wasn't allowing me to it said Koraidon can't be traded. Even I tried it with my original Koraidon and same it couldn't be traded 🤔
You have to put the item on turn it back into bike form then back into battle form and if it’s still holding the item you can dupe it then. That’s what I had to do to get them to duplicate.

Is it normal for koraidon to have different types each time this us done and end up in different positions rather than at the end of your boxes? Seems odd.

I actually found the fix in the other comments. Make sure when you switch the items on him, put him back into bike mode after the switch. So it should be: 1)battle mode 2) item 3) bike mode 4)battle mode 5) catch Pokémon 6) AB 7) Bike Mode 8) Battle Mode (Repeat steps 5-9 if duping same item) (Repeat steps 1-9 if changing item)
For anyone else this didn't work for, also definitely turn off autosave. That seems to reset the item in bag and off your legendary after putting them in box.
Great content although i still prefer just following the usual gameplay loop as I feel it’s too tedious for just 1 rare candy. If it was duping entire boxes like diamond and pearl then thats another story
Xl candies bro. In the beginning its like a rare candy nuke. But in the end (90s) very few pokemon need enough where the xl cards won't level you up a single level so you'll need less to level cap a pokemon. Personally I need more money. I have tons of lp but my money situation is lacking.
youre thinking small. herba mystica are super hard to find. and the apricorn balls each start the bids at 100k this way you can buy just one and dupe them
So this works but it only works with the 1st item i used. Made a bunch of bottle caps then tried a master ball but when i do the trick it's another bottle cap and my pokemon holding the master ball is holding the battle cap not the master ball. Has anyone exp this ? Also great content ! thank you
Am I doing something wrong? After the whole set up mounting desmounting... once i catch the pokemon, and select Miraidon, after pressing A and B fast, it sends the new catched pokemon, instead of Miraidon. I tried this over 60 times, redid all the steps several times, it just doesn't seem to work at all?
itll only send the pokemon if you havent done it correctly, you need to press A then B, it sounds like you just pressed B instead of A and B it happened to me as well

@@Robin_apg I actually figured out why sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. Whenever you equip a new item, you have to get on Koraidon, and then get off, and put it back into your party. That way, it gets "locked" in. If you don't do this, it won't work for any item.
It's not working for me I'm doing everything to a T exactly as he did in the video but everything koraidon is moved back to my party he's not holding the item Edit: figured it out after you get the item on the legend switch back to ride form and then back to battle form and it should work
Hi, I am on v1.01, I am able to clone the Koraidon but it will not clone the items. I catch the pokemon with a quick ball, I do the a then b trick to send Koraidon to the box and then send the item in question to the bag. I then press + then + again to ride Koraidon and get off it, and then put Koraidon back in my party. The Koraidon appears in my box, but it does not have the item on it. Does anyone know what I am doing wrong?
I need help I made my whole team of the duped pets and I can’t get them out and I tried to rejoin but it didn’t work cos I first tried to trade one away to see if it would go away so I can get a Pokémon into my party to get rid of the rest of the duped Pokémon when I went online it saved so I’m stuck
Did this get magically partially patched? I'm trying to dupe lucky eggs and it won't reappear on koraidon when I bring him back. I tested it on an ultra ball and it didn't work for that either but my game is still on 1.01

@@eshoty should be later in the video, the trick where you have the clones at the top of the party and put a regular pokemon at the bottom and get on/off the legendary to erase each clone. I haven't tried that though. And good luck if your whole party is clones, there might not be a fix for that

I've been doing it but the ability patch isnt staying on koraidon after I send the captured pokemon into the box. Any ideas? Ive been using a great ball to catch them as well.

Same. I tried another item then master ball wouldn't work. I started not using him as the Pokemon I sent out to battle/ catch an that got it working again. I also saved/reset the game then moved him around party an didn't use as the battle starter
You can get rid of them. Make sure you have the one in ride mode. Then put 5 of the dupes in your party with a 6th Pokémon of whoever doesn’t matter who. And then push plus to ride them. Go back into the pause screen and go down to the one you’re riding and push A on it like you would to switch him to battle mode
@@yvis.2168 Figured it out, toss item on then go into bike and pull back out so it like holds the item. Then do the trick and it will just keep holding that item.
Also note: If you’re dumb like me and accidentally put 6 Koraidon in your party, then you can remove one by simply doing the glitch again. Then you use the video’s method to remove the rest.
im having problems, i capture it, and press A then B really quick, but all it says is " 'captured pokemon' has been added to the boxes", i believe its the phrase in english weird thing is, the first time worked perfectly fine, but never once after that nvm, got it working now
What if you link trade instead of surprise trade? Could that work? I mean since my miraidons in my party i can release the dupes just fine but i havent tried to trade with anyone Edit: you cannot. Comment section never fails💀
So I have Pokémon Scarlet and I traded a Pokémon carrying the Malicious armor and gave it to Koraidon. Now, the Koraidon did duplicate, but not the item. Could it be that the armor is set for violet which is why it’s not duplicating? Update: I tried it with a Master Ball. Again, I’m able to Duplicate Koraidon but not the item I want. New Update: I did it. I had to send Pokémon as is.

so i found another glitch and its a bad one So I taught my breloom toxic and got rid of spore bcuz i needed to do more dmg over time but i realized spore was better but when i tried to relearn the move spore was just not there.
Important step that I missed, when you give legendary the item you want duped, you have to summon it into bike then put it back in your party. Should work after that.

hmmm u can't do it with your maraidon is lvl 100. it well keep the same last items i have give it. and that is shell bell. have tried quite a few times now. and it just changes to the same thing now, so clone works. just the same thing
spoilers after the area zero sequence involving the battle with the stronger koraidon you can return to catch it, so you can without glitches have 2 natural koraidon

Its not working for me. It actually put the master ball back in my bag but when i bring the Miridon back out it doesnt have it.

Hi: before attempting the dupe you have to mount and dismount the legendary with the item assigned, it took me 4 attempts to figure it out

You have to change the item, put the Pokémon back in ride mode then back in battle mode. Hope that helps

I dont know why, but I clone the legendary and items like Master Balls or Life orbs but it doesnt work for me with the ability patch. Thats so weird
I also tried the EXP candy, and it’s not working.

The item is not on the Koraidon in the box. The item is added to your bag. Look in your bag and you will see the item +1

I could release the clones in the box, but I imagine they'd get stuck in your party if you take them out

If you save the game before glitch Perhaps the item is in your bag instead koraidon

How do I put koraidon back to a box when I have 3 because it says I can't put it back

Same. I tried another item then master ball wouldn't work. I started not using him as the Pokemon I sent out to battle/ catch an that got it working again. I also saved/reset the game then moved him around party an didn't use as the battle starter
Make sure when you give your rideon an item to mount it an bring it back to your grp before doing the dupe
When my legendary comes back after i pres start he doesnt come equiped, they fix?

You can get booster energy from area zero pretty easy. I got two extra from roaring moon captures.
Accidentally got rid of my MAIN Mididon and now the glitch does not work? Any one have a solution for releasing the wrong one?

Since you cant trade, battle or free those cloned pokemons, its kinda pointless to do, unless you dont mind having every box with the same pokemon
You can get rid of them. Make sure you have the one in ride mode. Then put 5 of the dupes in your party with a 6th Pokémon of whoever doesn’t matter who. And then push plus to ride them. Go back into the pause screen and go down to the one you’re riding and push A on it like you would to switch him to battle mode

I can duplicate the Pokémon but not the item. And then it doesn’t let me get ride of the dupes Pokémon like how you do.

My items never seem to dup when sending to bag, Miraidon comes back with no held item and bag still has it after removing.

@@yvis.2168 Figured it out, toss item on then go into bike and pull back out so it like holds the item. Then do the trick and it will just keep holding that item.
Also note: If you’re dumb like me and accidentally put 6 Koraidon in your party, then you can remove one by simply doing the glitch again. Then you use the video’s method to remove the rest.

I just tried this now with a friend ball and it doesn’t work anymore
So I have Pokémon Scarlet and I traded a Pokémon carrying the Malicious armor and gave it to Koraidon. Now, the Koraidon did duplicate, but not the item. Could it be that the armor is set for violet which is why it’s not duplicating?
Update: I tried it with a Master Ball. Again, I’m able to Duplicate Koraidon but not the item I want.
New Update: I did it. I had to send Pokémon as is.

I tried to dupe the lucky egg and no luck. Looks like it’s very limited on what you can dupe. I guess “other items” can’t be dupe so this glitch is pointless imo

Can the cloning process work for shiny Pokemon or only for legendary
so i found another glitch and its a bad one
So I taught my breloom toxic and got rid of spore bcuz i needed to do more dmg over time but i realized spore was better but when i tried to relearn the move spore was just not there.

I think it’s patched after resummoning my bike it no longer had the item on it
Important step that I missed, when you give legendary the item you want duped, you have to summon it into bike then put it back in your party. Should work after that.

after the area zero sequence involving the battle with the stronger koraidon you can return to catch it, so you can without glitches have 2 natural koraidon
