Growing & Harvesting Daikon Radishes in a Grow Bag | Container Vegetable Gardening

Daikon radishes grow exceptionally well in grow bags. A big advantage of grow bags is the ability to fill it with loose potting soil. The loose soil allows this root vegetable to grow long and straight. And, when it's time to harvest the daikon can be pulled out with relative ease.

A very informative video! The daikon grow really straight in that grow bag! I’m sure this method would work well with carrots and other long root veggies!

What size/height is your grow bag? I was about to plant some fracking daikon in a grow bag but just realized it may not be tall enough. Mine is only 10 inch tall.
