You have a unique ability to synthesize and teach this otherwise dull and verbose PMBOK information. Many have tried but you're among the few who have succeded. Thanks for taking the time to help the rest of us. It's genuinely a helpful video.
This video is absolute gold! This and the project mapping game you've recommended have made these concepts stick. I take the pmp exam next Thursday. I wish good luck to everyone else on this journey! :)
I'm taking a project management course as part of my graduate degree and my professor recommended your video as well as Vargas'. Thanks for making this!
@@themaxmao I probably shouldn't give people's government names on TH-cam 😅. But he teaches at Western Governors University and has decades of experience in PM.
whats the best way to memorize or understand this without real life application? Im having trouble memorizing it all (which I know I shouldnt be doing anyways). I'm at the stage right now where when I listen to you talk or when I see it in the actual guide im like "well yeah of course, that makes so much sense". But i'm scared that when I answer a question and they ask me like "what should you do NEXT after monitoring resources in the monitor and control phase?" I wouldn't be able to pick the right one
hi! great to hear you've found this video helpful. i'd recommend trying to map it out on your own. take the time to write out all the steps. you learn a lot from doing after watching. if you're having trouble remembering the key steps, it's helpful to think about your own imaginary project (ex: building a house). walk through those steps with that project in mind and it'll help you contextualize the info. goodluck!
