      Good day ka ensayo, Yes, po kahit tapering week na nag speed session pa din po ako pag wednesday, pero bawas na din po sa intensity at mileage kumbaga para tune up nalang po para sa confidence na yung target pace ay magagawa sa sunday's race. Tulad po sa weekend may upcoming 5k race po ako, hehe sa wednesday balak ko pa po mag speed😊. Tutal 3 days pa po bago yung sunday so may recovery days pa po. Thanl you for watching, god bless

      Thank you for watching po, Yes po makakatulong po yan sa overall conditioning natin bilang runners, Yung Heart rate po ay naka depende po sa AGE ng bawat runner, Kung may GPS watch po kayo sir, yung ZONE 2 po sa relo ang masasabi natin na normal HR.

      Thank you po sa appreciation, By doing striders/strides po (burst of speed run around 100meters po na naka focus sa body posture nyo) will surely imroves your foot strike.
      Nakaka tulong din po na i-video nyo ang sarili nyo while running fast(strides) and then watch it po para aware kayo sa itsura nyo while landing para maicorrect nyo po. Then make a video again to know kung nag iimprove na yung foot strike nyo. Thanks for watching, God bless

    Nice video sir. Mga gradient Nyan hill sir. Kung medyo matarik ba yung hill pwdeng iklliian nalang kahit d na abot sa tuktuk ng hill. Pansin ko nga sir mas kapag pataas yung tinatakbuha mas madali magdagdah Ka candence.

      yes Sir, pwede naman po wag na tapusin yung hill session lalo pag sobrang tarik na ng ahon. Kumbaga ang ideal po ay yung gradient na halos katulad ng mga flyover or mas banayad ng bahagya. kasi yung mga ganong ahon naman po madalas natin pwede ma encounter sa races. Syempre pag ang race ay Trail or Uphills ang event, mas ibang level na po yung preparation nun.hehe.
      yes po nakaka tulong talaga mag improve ng cadence kasi bibilis at masasanay sa fast leg turnover ang legsnatin.

      uphill tempo, mahirap po makahanap ng hill na sobrang haba na di gaano katarik ang elevation. yung fartlek sa hills po ang medyo doable sa dalawa.

    during the event need ba mag 2km before mag start yung event boss?

      Much better po kung may oras pa before gunstart, easy jog and drills ay okay din.

      ang top speed po nyan sa natatandaan ko 3'20 to 3'40 pace medyo bumabagal lang sa dulo dahil mataas napo yung elevation.

      Good day ka ensayo. High altitude training ay pag punta sa mga mataas na lugar E.g. Baguio city (places above sea level) Para dun gawin yung training para masanay yung body sa less oxygen. Manipis kasi ang hangin (means less oxygen) sa matataas na lugar kaya laki ng benefits pag nasanay sa high altitude, kaya pag laro na sa kapatagan kitang kita benefits kase mag madali na huminga.
      Yung elite natin sa national team umaakyat talaga sila ng baguio city para mag training camp pag may event na pinag hahandaan. Thank you for watching God bless

    Dalawang beses po ba mag d dynamic stretching? bago mag 2km warm up at bago po mag hill sprints?
