I've been having a hard time sa paghahanap ng mga review ng 361 running shoes, especially dito sa pinas na still saturated parin ng mga western brands ang market natin ng nike, adidas, etc. You earned another sub sir!!! As I observed po sa outsole sa may heel, which is normal po sakin sa lahat ng running shoes ko I-supinate po sa landing sa right foot while sa left foot very minimal lang. Gandang review sir!! the review we have been waiting for po. naging big fan na ko nung 361 degrees ever since fierce 3.0. ganda at lambot parang hoka. I guess kumukuha sila nung inspiration from other bigger brands pero hindi naman kumukupas sa quality! in this case comparable sa vaporfly 3 etong flame 3. kung pwede po sana gumawa kayo reviews sa 361 shoes na comparable sa big brand shoes para alam namin kung which 361 degree shoes ang bibilhin instead of the big brand shoes.
Hopefully po dumating yung time na may shoe brand na mag send ng shoe nila for us to review. Hindi ko din po kasi kaya na bumili ng bumili ng shoes. hehe. Isa po siguro yun sa pangrap ko para sa channel natin. Malay po natin diba.

A few things para sa mga subscribers ng channel nato and mga mkakapanuod: - wala na atang mas credible pa sa shoe review kung saan ung sapatos in context is ung mismong sapatos na ginamit ng athlete sa ultra marathon. dahil dyan nakita ung wear and tear in 100 + kilometers. which is very very important. - very detailed yung review brojen down from top to bottom, bottom to top. - medyo bago lang ung brand ng shoes compared sa mga kilalang brands so marame talaga nag ci-circulate na tanong about it and kasama dun ung doubts nung mga tao na gustong bumili, you answered all of them sir and isa ako sa bibili neto. maganda talaga tong flame 3, mura na at pwedeng pwede makipag sabayan sa mga mahal na racing shoes ng other brands. personally I would still prefer qiodan's Pb 4 for racing. For the price to performance ratio, nothing can beat flame 3 talaga pero if may extra ka and you would like to stick with 361, then go for furious future, mas maganda ride nun based on my personal experience.

Ung vaporfly 2 kasi idol masikip sya dahil sa heel counter na masyadong makapal. May nasubukan ako sa 361 ung furios grabeng sakit ng outside midfoot ko sa 1st run bumalik ako at magpalit agad ng shoe. Same aa lining sumakit din paa.

Saucony endorphin speed will always be one of the best partner for any race day shoe. Definitely one of the best all around trainers for speed and even for long runs. As per the same brand from 361, I have yet to try some of their daily trainer and hoping to test them in the future. Thanl you for watching, God bless
Nice video sir Diko Jay! New subscriber po ako at currently nag training for a 5k. Recommended po ba yung daily trainers na i pang takbo tuwing races? At saka ano po yung ma rerecommend niyo na fun run around manila para sa aming aspiring runners?
If yung trainer lang po ang meron tayo, wala naman pong masamang gamitin din to sa races. Especially if its a short distance race po, pero once naging more experience runner na po kayo tyak na mag hahanap na yung body nyo ng more comfy, more responsive na sapatos. Dun na po papasok ang isang race day shoe, to boost your performance and your mind, na I am using a super shoe, I will be faster. May placebo effect po kasi ang isang sapatos. Madami pong races sa Meto Manila, lahat naman po yung newbie friendly. Pili nalang po siguro kayo depende sa distance at sa regeistration fees, medyo mahal po kase yung bayad sa iba. @@karengarde6491 I've checked po yung 361 flame and it seems na mens sizing po ang lahat ng flame 3, pero sa mga kulay na available may mga colorway po na unisex. About sa size po, chat nyo po muna yung seller ng 361 sa shopee responsive po sila and they willa accomodate you po.
Hindi po suggested po siguro pwede depende sa runner. slowest pace ko po na nagamit yan ay sa 100km Ultra sa later part ng race kung saan 6mins per Km to almost 7mins Km na lang yung pace. Nakaraos naman po ng walang injury, kaya depende din po.

Since carbon plated shoe po ang Flame 3, race day shoe po sya not design for our daily training especially for those easy runs. Since manipis lang po rubber outsole nito, mabilis iikli ang lifespan ng rubber pag sa daily runs natin ginamit. This shoe is best for, Race day, Speed session, Or sometimes long runs na race pace. not yet tried furious 2.0 or flame 3.5, as far as I know po ang naging update sa flame 3 ay yung upper na gawa na ngayun sa ibang material. And the midsole material stayed just the same, and sa price last time I checked ay with voucher and discounted promo 4500 you can buy a 3.5 version. Tingin ko sa almost same price ay pwedeng pwede na sugalan i try bu,ili ng 3.5 (but remember hindi po porket updated ay mas maganda, minsan yung bagay na maganda na ay dapat di na binabago pa) As per furious 2, I also love to have one and try it myself.

as far as I know ang difference po ng flame 3v at 3.5v ay shoe weight mas mabigat si 3.5 kaysa 3 yun lang ang alam ko po base sa gumagamit ng flame 3.5

I've never tried and know the specs. of Flame 2 but Flame 3 is an updated version so me can assume that the foam here is much cushioned. Personally, I got no issues about the comfort even on my 100k race.
If sa week end na po yung race nyo, then YES po tapering week na kayo. Mainam po na medyo mag dagdag na tayo ng carbs sa last 2 days before the event, just to increase glycogen sa body Personally ako po If may pasta like spaghetti mas preffered ko po bago yung race, madali po kase yun i consume at i-digest.

carbon plated shoes po are design for speed trainings or race day. Hindi po natin magagamit yung full potential ng shoe sa easy, short runs. I will suggest po na use daily trainers na hindi plated.
Yes po, pwede nyo po muna ichat yung seller ng 361 sa shopee about sa feet size nyo and sila ang mag rerecommend sa inyo. Make sure lang po na tama yung sukat ng feet nyo, para sila ang mag adjust ng clearance sa shoe nyo. May video po ako ng 361 about sa sizing, Paki check po. Salamat
adizero SL are daily trainer shoe po, while flame 3 are made for speed workout and race day shoe. If the question is versatility, Flame 3 will be a better choice.

suggested po na if wide foot according na din sa 361 na go size up. For me get US 11 po, to be sure contact nyo po yung 361 sa shopee, nag rereply po sila sa chat para maka hingi kayo ng suggestion sa size.

Novablast ay one of the most versatile trainers from easy to long runs even sa race day pwede. If the question is kung pwede i pang long runs, ang sagot po ay pwede. But since race day shoe ang design nitong flame 3, mas konting mileage po ang makukuha nyo sa lifespan ng sapatos.
Very worth it for its price. Parang ginaya lang yung design ng VF3. Ito yung race shoes na ok lang ipang harabas pero hinde masakit sa bulsa. Manage your expectations lang din, mas maganda parin performance ng other well-known race day shoes like AF, VF, Adios, etc. Pero for its price mahirap ka maka hanap ng ibang race day shoes sa ganyang price range.
If the question is kung may specific na buhay ang mga daily trainers, ang sagot po ay YES. Yung milyahe po ay dedepende din sa quality ng materials na ginamit ng bawat shoe manufacturer kaya maaring hindi sila parereho ng mileage. If sanay na po kayo gumamit ng ibat ibang sapatos, kahit po by feel lang mararamdaman na po kung ang isang sapatos ay dead na or na reach na yung mileage nito. And YES po needed na po palitan ang isang trainers na sapatos, dahil nababawasan na po ang performance, at protection nun para sa feet ng isang runner.

As per 361 puro full size UP or full size down size nya, to be sure you can contact muna yung seller sa shopee store nila about kung ano yung size na swak para sa feet nyo. In my experience roomy yung toe area ng sapatos kaya medyo wide na agad sya.
Minsan sa dehydration na din, weather can cause a big factor. Or sa kadalasan na depleted na ang glycogen storage nila sa body kaya nag hi-hitting the wall sila.

Ung vaporfly 2 kasi idol masikip sya dahil sa heel counter na masyadong makapal. May nasubukan ako sa 361 ung furios grabeng sakit ng outside midfoot ko sa 1st run bumalik ako at magpalit agad ng shoe. Same aa lining sumakit din paa.

Thanks for sharing your experience sir!! What would be a good daily trainer to pair up with this shoe? Pwede ba yung endorphin speed since same midsole material?
Saucony endorphin speed will always be one of the best partner for any race day shoe. Definitely one of the best all around trainers for speed and even for long runs.
As per the same brand from 361, I have yet to try some of their daily trainer and hoping to test them in the future.

Nice video sir Diko Jay! New subscriber po ako at currently nag training for a 5k. Recommended po ba yung daily trainers na i pang takbo tuwing races? At saka ano po yung ma rerecommend niyo na fun run around manila para sa aming aspiring runners?
If yung trainer lang po ang meron tayo, wala naman pong masamang gamitin din to sa races. Especially if its a short distance race po, pero once naging more experience runner na po kayo tyak na mag hahanap na yung body nyo ng more comfy, more responsive na sapatos. Dun na po papasok ang isang race day shoe, to boost your performance and your mind, na I am using a super shoe, I will be faster. May placebo effect po kasi ang isang sapatos.
Madami pong races sa Meto Manila, lahat naman po yung newbie friendly. Pili nalang po siguro kayo depende sa distance at sa regeistration fees, medyo mahal po kase yung bayad sa iba.

Sir Diko pwede ba ito pang long run? Yung slow po haa mga 7min/km na takbo. Mura nlang kasi sa Lazada around 2,500 nlang siya
Hindi po suggested po siguro pwede depende sa runner. slowest pace ko po na nagamit yan ay sa 100km Ultra sa later part ng race kung saan 6mins per Km to almost 7mins Km na lang yung pace. Nakaraos naman po ng walang injury, kaya depende din po.

Good day po, Old toothbrush po para hindi matalim at hindi maka damage sa Upper materials ng sapatos and liquid detergent po (minsan toothpaste na white😅 ). Sa drying naka air dry lang po habang naka sampay away from direct sunlight.

Since carbon plated shoe po ang Flame 3, race day shoe po sya not design for our daily training especially for those easy runs. Since manipis lang po rubber outsole nito, mabilis iikli ang lifespan ng rubber pag sa daily runs natin ginamit.
This shoe is best for, Race day, Speed session, Or sometimes long runs na race pace.

not yet tried furious 2.0 or flame 3.5, as far as I know po ang naging update sa flame 3 ay yung upper na gawa na ngayun sa ibang material. And the midsole material stayed just the same, and sa price last time I checked ay with voucher and discounted promo 4500 you can buy a 3.5 version. Tingin ko sa almost same price ay pwedeng pwede na sugalan i try bu,ili ng 3.5 (but remember hindi po porket updated ay mas maganda, minsan yung bagay na maganda na ay dapat di na binabago pa)

Mas softer kaya to sa flame 2.0 ko? Feel ko ang hardness nang foam pagka lampas ko nang 20k run sa last marathon event ko
I've never tried and know the specs. of Flame 2 but Flame 3 is an updated version so me can assume that the foam here is much cushioned. Personally, I got no issues about the comfort even on my 100k race.

Mainam po na medyo mag dagdag na tayo ng carbs sa last 2 days before the event, just to increase glycogen sa body Personally ako po If may pasta like spaghetti mas preffered ko po bago yung race, madali po kase yun i consume at i-digest.

Sizing up po ay kung wide ang feet nyo, since according sa inyo regular naman ang lapad ng foot nyo then Go po sa normal size nyo.

Yes po, pwede nyo po muna ichat yung seller ng 361 sa shopee about sa feet size nyo and sila ang mag rerecommend sa inyo. Make sure lang po na tama yung sukat ng feet nyo, para sila ang mag adjust ng clearance sa shoe nyo.

adizero SL are daily trainer shoe po, while flame 3 are made for speed workout and race day shoe.
If the question is versatility, Flame 3 will be a better choice.

flame 3 on my test have enough support lalo sa heel counter, hindi sya sobrang tigas pero I think it will hold and secure sa mild overpronator.

Very worth it for its price. Parang ginaya lang yung design ng VF3. Ito yung race shoes na ok lang ipang harabas pero hinde masakit sa bulsa.
Manage your expectations lang din, mas maganda parin performance ng other well-known race day shoes like AF, VF, Adios, etc. Pero for its price mahirap ka maka hanap ng ibang race day shoes sa ganyang price range.

If the question is kung may specific na buhay ang mga daily trainers, ang sagot po ay YES. Yung milyahe po ay dedepende din sa quality ng materials na ginamit ng bawat shoe manufacturer kaya maaring hindi sila parereho ng mileage. If sanay na po kayo gumamit ng ibat ibang sapatos, kahit po by feel lang mararamdaman na po kung ang isang sapatos ay dead na or na reach na yung mileage nito.
And YES po needed na po palitan ang isang trainers na sapatos, dahil nababawasan na po ang performance, at protection nun para sa feet ng isang runner.

As per 361 puro full size UP or full size down size nya, to be sure you can contact muna yung seller sa shopee store nila about kung ano yung size na swak para sa feet nyo.
In my experience roomy yung toe area ng sapatos kaya medyo wide na agad sya.
