కేవలం ఆస్తిలోనేనా అప్పుల్లో కూడా వాటా వొద్ద. హక్కుల్లో మాత్రం వాత కావాలి కానీ భాద్యతల్లో లేదు
If sons and daughters are entitled equal share. Then parents should pay dowry to their daughter-in-law( for son) also, just like they pay their son -in-law( for daughter marriage). Daughters should also take care of the parents, daughters should also bear the debts of parents if any.

If the daughter/s relinquish the claim or have not taken care or maintenance of the property anytime, then the Court will not allow them the Share, according to Hindu Ascension Law Son's have First Right.
