    you could do a simple eyebrow tutorial..do's and dont's of filling them in and shaping them. Or perhaps finding the right shade for foundation..knowing what undertones you have to help find the right shade. ;)

    Its amazing how people assume its just such a self explanatory process to apply foundation, so Im glad you are showing how to do it right! Hugs xoxo

    Love all your videos 😀 I've heard you mention a couple of times that spray tan doesn't sit very well on your skin. I recommend my clients put a bit of loving tan on a round foundation brush (such as the real techniques expert face brush) and lightly buff it in. It ensures the product is even & not sitting on the skin with a muddy finish. Works every time 😘💗

    Hi Crystal, I've watched so many foundation routine videos but your video is the best. You really took your time to explain how to do it and also recommended drug store foundations. My foundations are mostly high end and I'm looking into buying drug store ones. I learnt so much from this video and will def use your routine. Thanks so much.

      Is it a party or a wedding reception, If it's a reception then I recommend a flawless dewy base with a soft pink blush and lots of rosy pink blush - not too much bronzer, a nice pale champagne kind of colour on the lid a bit like stila kitten and a soft pale brown in the crease, a nice pale pink or a nude lip would look nice. If it's a party then maybe just do your usual makeup routine but change the lip colour to something brighter and more out there xx

    i'm trying so hard to fight my acne, it's an absolute pain in the butt to master a flawless base😭 i use the loreal foundation too. i dont know if it's that breaking me out or the nivea mens balm or just hormones😩

      Try turmeric and rose water as a mask but do check that your not allergic to turmeric or rose water. Turmeric does stain the skin just use a cotton ball with either rose Water or your normal toner x hope it helps x

      Your most welcome honey also try turmeric and honey but get the purest form of honey it does take a while to help but it does make a difference I was sick of taking medication and putting on lotions on my face and body the turmeric mask is the only thing that helped it also lighten my acne scars x

    • @BellaSciarra
      @BellaSciarra 8 ปีที่แล้ว

      +Ria Mirza yeah i've already been on a harsh tablet and had to go off it for personal reasons. and now it seems all lotions and cleansers are not working. i must try this!

    • @katyisgone
      @katyisgone 8 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      yeah, in general true acne is most definitely caused by hormones - benzyl peroxide can help to a certain extent, as can a BHA product ( Paula's Choice is the best ). It's important not to use any drying or irritating products ( eg alcohol, fragrance, menthol ) as contrary to popular belief it will do more harm than good!!

    I want to start wearing foundation and stuff but because I'm a high school student ( no job lol) is it a must to have a primer or could you do with out it? Ly xxx just trying to save money

    • @tanasbeauty4189
      @tanasbeauty4189 8 ปีที่แล้ว

      You don't have to wear a primer with foundation! Especially when your just starting out. It will still look fine, it just won't look that tiny bit more amazing and may not last as long as when your using a primer. But it really doesn't matter! Have fun!

    • @1seeve
      @1seeve 8 ปีที่แล้ว

      +poppy bell I just replied to another comment about primer but here's what i said:
      "+Megan Yen the reason I say to use a primer is to make your makeup last throughout the day. Yes the silicone ones help it go on a lot better but I found such a difference when I started wearing primer under my foundation and seeing it actually still be on my face after work!"
      At the end of the day it's up to you and I guess it depends on how long you want your makeup to last. I didn't start using primer till I started making videos! Not sure what country you're from but I use a Face of Australia primer (purple one or green one) which are like $10 and they last SO long (definitely over a year)
      I definitely did not start out using primer and wondered why I had no foundation on my afce at the end of the day - so just see how you go with the foundation and if you're finding you want it to last longer at least you know what to do! :)

    At the moment I am using designer band foundation and I mad finding it difficult to get it flawless. I am finding once I am finished I have creases in my laugh lines and around my eyes and I don't know how to fix it. Could it be my brush or the foundation ? Some advice would be great.y appreciated :D

      Some moisturizers work really well as primers. The best ones have glycerin as one of their main ingredients!

    One thing I can't seem to figure out is how to get foundation to go on my nose. I can apply it everywhere on my face but I can't get any to go on my nose. It just slides off. I can't use a silicone based primer because I'm so oily it just makes it worse. So I've tried other primers for oily skin and haven't found anything that helps. Any suggestions?

    • @azsfnjhhhr
      @azsfnjhhhr 8 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I like to moisture then go over my face with loose translucent powder to make everything matte, (face of Australia does a good one that's very affordable) I find it makes everything stick to my face better and last so much longer ☺️

    • @NapoleonVegemite
      @NapoleonVegemite 8 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I had the same problem but now I've started using Mac Fix+ and I've noticed such a difference! It gas glycerine in it which really helps everything "stick" to your face. It's actually pretty cheap, $27AUD I think :)

    • @CrystalConte
      @CrystalConte  8 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      +Ashlyn Brown ooo I just replied this to someone else :)
      +nuffie1989 the nose is so difficult.. I think it's the combination of a few things - exfoliating - moisturiser - primer - foundation. sometimes it just looks crappy on me! and what it so weird is that it usually only happens when I have fair skin and using a light foundation! don't ask me how but getting a flawless finish with fair skin is so damn hard! just try and change ONE thing each time you apply your makeup to try and myth bust whatever is the issue in your routine! And a few of the comments have some great suggestions too! ox
