I did this, the stud connectors need to be 30 mm long and the lamps need to be for r/h drive so that you won't have any issues come mot time (uk of course ) . They work superbly just with H1 halogen bulbs, twice as much light compared to the old setup
But what exactly is the plate size as I'm doing the exact same with my fazer and now I'm stuck basically, coz need to make that plate, or they won't fit right
Yes, heating the headlight is very important. This makes removing the front glass so much easier. The heat softens the sealing. See this page for the best heating settings: retrofitlab.com/apps/help-center#hc-at-what-temperature-do-i-heat-my-heatlight-to-open-it
hello mr retrofitlab how much it cost to do this upgrades i have mitsubishi colt 1999 and im running on h4 , really want to have this projector and angle eyes
Are these lights EU certified? I own FZS600 Fazer and the lights really suck but I'm afraid that these lights might not go through in the technical inspection. Do you know of any experience with this?
Sorry, sometimes it is enough to use the projectors with H1 halogen bulbs. It depends a bit on the inspector, so please check this with the company/person that will do the inspection.
Retrofitlab its called a sidelight here and rquired to pass an MOT. But yeh the small light you removed at the start of the video. i'm assuming a light will just need fitting elsewhere??
Hi, I am in the need to improve my Fzs 600 fazer lights. I can see your kit is an huge improvement, unfortunately the video doesn't show how and where to fit neatly the wiring harness and ballasts; can you give me suggestions before buying it? Thanks
This is brilliant, it's just what I've been needing - the old Fazer headlights are rubbish.
Good to hear!

Good to hear and yes, they give quite an improvement :-). With the stud connectors you mean the spacers between the projector and the bracket?
Yes otherwise the lamps touch the inside of the lens
Ok, we supply the 20mm in the kit, so it won't touch the lens/is more backwards
Looks great! Didn't know this option existed.
Hi! I bought bi xenon projectors before I saw this video. Where can I find to buy just that plates that projectors are mounted on? (with bolts)
But what exactly is the plate size as I'm doing the exact same with my fazer and now I'm stuck basically, coz need to make that plate, or they won't fit right

hi guys, please tell me what kind of material you used for the lens mounting plate????
We use metal plates to mount the projectors in the headlight.
I wand buy ready to use stuff. How much and when you can do it
The repair and upgrade kit can be bought here; www.retrofitlab.com/en/retroquick-projector-kits-1/yamaha-fzs600-fazer-1998-2001-1.html

Hi retrofitlab, are these kits fully UK insurance and road legal? Will they pass the new MOT rules regarding conversion kits?
Sorry, sometimes it is enough to use the projectors with H1 halogen bulbs. It depends a bit on the inspector, so please check this with the company/person that will do the inspection.
Is the rotation off ?
Hy! This bi-xenon projector size is 2.5" ??
