Gr8 video! I do contracts & handbooks for daycare owners. I've learned through coaching my clients that many do NOT have anything! They just want the money. 🤦🏽♀️ I like everything separate. 💛

Had to hit pause for sec. Yes! I didn’t stick to my policy and it was a hot mess! Just trying to not leave anyone stuck but that lead to my kids getting everything and missing a lot of school.
So you get a family who is interested in your care. They met you and you have given them a tour. They say that they would like to use you as their provider. Do you then sit down with them and go over the handbook and contract or do you allow them to take it home and bring it back? Thank you
