They need to put him in a tag team with someone who is good at match layouts and pacing and see if they can get it to rub off on him over time. Working day in and day out with a good partner helps young wrestlers get better, see Bobby Eaton with Dennis Condrey and Shawn Michaels with Marty Jannetty (Jannetty is underrated as fuck in ring)

Hell, he was done the moment he lost to Jeff Hardy as the NXT champion.

On Raw, they butchered the momentum and gave him a diluted entrance then added elements that weren't needed. He returned and there was immediate hype. Only problem with Kross is his feuds are inconsistent on TV. He's not wrestling a lot. Short segments. Short matches. Short feud progression. With that, his character only stands out in promos and it's not a lot to remember. It's only because he's an inconsistent feature on SmackDown. Kross is actually great utility player with some good creativity. However, the company has bigger things going on leaving creative nothing for Kross to do complete opposite of his NXT run. I think Kross has time to be WWE's main villain, but I fear it's too late for top title run.
Kross is an underrated upper-mid carder. He undoubtedly has great in-ring work, as entertaining as his character can be he hasn't shown a lot of range tbh. He is a decent hyper violent monster character but in WWE he isn't going to get the latitude to do much with that.

Also, day insert number here of me asking for Marty The Moth's run in Lucha Underground which comes to around 28 or 29 matches. I've recently re-watched some of the Lucha Underground episodes and even Kross was great there as The White Rabbit, leader of the Rabbit Tribe, even if it was a bit goofy.

Why for some reason after watching this video, do I think I'd still enjoy Impact as a wrestling show, it's weirdly still got the vibes NWA TNA had as a more indie successor to ECW and no it's not because the ECW guys are still wrestling at Impact, but rather because of the variety of wrestling styles, in Impact, you get technical wrestlers, brawlers, hardcore guys and high flyers, you get a little bit of everything and that kinda makes a show more enjoyable overall. Like even watching this Killer Kross is not a high flyer, he's a big brawler type guy, honestly I feel like he would do better with more hardcore stuff.

this point and time TNA/impact was in this strange “limbo” airing there weekly show on Twitch tv (the twitch stream wasn’t bad but, at times the PQ would dip under 720p (One cool extra if you had Amazon Prime you’d get these interesting breaks with someone within TNA talking live to the chat lots of talented people around that time but, the tv was a mess the PPV were hit and miss then you had the Austin Aries debacle which made Impact & the bookers look bad! it’s actually crazy that Impact has out lived both ECW & WCW! this point and time TNA/impact was in this strange “limbo” airing there weekly show on Twitch tv (the twitch stream wasn’t bad but, at times the PQ would dip under 720p (One cool extra if you had Amazon Prime you’d get these interesting breaks with someone within TNA talking live to the chat lots of talented people around that time but, the tv was a mess the PPV were hit and miss then you had the Austin Aries debacle which made Impact & the bookers look bad! it’s actually crazy that Impact has out lived both ECW & WCW! Killer Kross was awesome on the indies and in Impact once the WWE hired him they watered him down
