It was a pretty tough job, 2 and a half weeks of driving an hour away and an hour back every day after a long day of washing. It was really satisfying to see the finished product though. Thanks for watching!
I run 2- 100’ sections of gray non marking single wire hose with stainless connectors on it. Some guys run 2 wire but I like single better because it’s more flexible
This was a major renovation so we were able to turn power off where we were washing, be careful man because most warehouses are running 480v. Don’t want to Jack around with that stuff
Yeah bro it was rough, but back then that was a CRAZY amount of money for me in 2 weeks. Now days we could probably knock that out in a couple of days. It was definitely a long two weeks lol
We had about $600 in fuel for machines, $200 in fuel for the truck $2,000 in labor and about $1500 in chemicals. Rest was profit since I didn’t have to pay myself a hourly wage.
Honestly, that looked like hard work. You gotta know your chemicals for a job like that! Well done, and thanks for sharing the vid.

What type of pressure hose do you use ! It seems mine coils up frequently and it gets to be a pain?!

Im about to do a warehouse too. What do you do about all the electrical stuff? Do you have to cover the outlets and all that?

Man.. Nice house btw! 😳✌🏼
Appreciate it brother! We just did a remodel a couple months back. It’s still not 100% done but we love it!
It looks like you were in the sweet spot on pricing. But 2 weeks at one job yikes, hats off for slugging it out…

Would you mind Sharon how do you got jobs like that? Or how do you go about reaching out to company management and or property managers?
How much did you profit? Around half?
