Had the opportunity to clean a 55,000 square foot warehouse building last year. Except instead of doing the floor we did the ceiling and walls. The company supplied 2 lifts and they used robotic floor scrubbers to do the floor. We hesitated at first to put water on the insulation, but the company had insisted it be done that way, and it actually worked and cleaned up very well. We used the standard softwash method with a low sh mix on the entire job. Took 5 1/2 days with myself and 2 others and the payout was very good. Wish we had one to do each month lol. I’m 3+ years in and this year is gonna be a push to be the commercial cleaner in my area. A lot of new residential companies coming up here with very few focused on commercial so I’m taking a stab at it. Hoping to clear $250K this year if all continues like it’s starting 💪🏽
