please add the ability to record arpeggios, transpose patterns and pattern chaining (like on the circuit)

aand still no way to record arpeggios :( just THIS update would make huge difference. Please don't abandon SL3 even if you release SL4 :p
I would love to see the "strum" option added in somehow, so when you are playing chords on the pads, you could have a strum effect to it, ala Keystep37, that would be amazing

Hi, I can’t send at the same time clock and MIDI messages (notes) from Novation to Octatrack. Either midi or clock through one midi cable. Is there any way to make this work through a single cable?
I really appreciate your videos as I have an SL MkIII and a circuit mono. Would it be possible to do a ‘from the beginning’ video on how the basics of the sequencer work and how to set it up. Your obvious skills are to be admired but an old git like me finds it quite hard to keep up!! Love the build quality of my Novation kit but would like to get more out of it. A couple of questions - do I use midi, usb or cv to connect my system and how do I set up my synths, drums, etc to work with the sequencer?

@@-CALC- As always from you guys - thanks for the support. I have watched all the videos now (possibly more than 3 times!!) and am really getting to grips with the SL. What a great piece of kit it is, now working with my Circuit, JD-XA and an ancient Yamaha QY, all through Cubase Pro. Tech problems sorted so back to the music> Thanks again.
Is there a way to transpose sequences as they are playing ?
Is there an Automap type approach to third party VSTi's?
Is there a way to record live jams (youtube videos) without the metronome or clock track being heard outside of my headphones (for the beginning of the jam)? Going for some ambient-sounding stuff, not a typical house thing. Trying to figure out a way to do this and am unsure how at the moment. Thanks, Calc and anyone else who might be able to help!

Can each mapping have it's own volume control? Or are the faders mapped globally?

Will there be another update for this device?
What kind of thing did you have in mind? It's certainly our intention to address any known bugs but we're currently unable to provide a timeframe on when an update may be ready.
@@NovationTV it would be nice to color code each button for example so you can distinguish their function better. (I use the buttons for transport within AUM and Beatmaker 3) Or you could make an update for novation components to usw it within ios! Would be sooo glad
Is it not CPU and RAM heavy demanding with all those displays?
What cpu? It works standalone.
