Although I do agree about the crystal gem's identity being lost to era two Gems, I disagree that the diamonds, especially blue diamond, has forgotten about the crystal gems. This is evident by blue diamond's constant mourning for pink diamond, and her consistent trips to the human zoo according to yellow diamond. Between Blue and Yellow, I believe that Yellow has suppressed thought of the rebellion and pink diamond to hide her grief. Not only that, I don't think the rebellion's has been covered up. However, I do believe the corruption has been.

Here's a thought: Rather than the Rubies buying Amethysts disguise due to lack of intelligence... What if they are color blind? Or some variation of it. I know the Ruby ship lighting was set to red, but that could just be a setting the engineers put in. The Rubies wouldn't see "oh, red lights", so much as "oh, Ruby lights". And the color is red because thats how the ship was designed. Could be wrong. Just an errant thought that spit balled through mah brain just now. :P

The Crystal Crystals no it doesn't, the gems a diamond has control over isn't dictated by the gems color. For example peridot (green) belonging to yellow diamond or jasper (orange) belonging to pink diamond. The only examples we've seen are holly blue, lapis, and sapphire with blue diamond and the pearls but all other gems don't follow this rule.
Thats None Of My Business well Jasper is orange, which has red, a variant of pink. Peridot is green, which has yellow. The Famethyst is mostly purple, which has blue. Rose was pink, and was made for Pink Diamond. Sapphire is blue and serves Blue Diamond. I think gem color affects their placement in the Gem workforce

I think that it's important that most quartz gems are rowdy and aggressive, which are more suited to be fight offense rather then to hold authority like an agate, or (from what I assume) to administrate order like a Topaz or a ruby. I would think that Pink Diamond would be in charge of invasion and conquering new worlds rather then Homeland Security which is probably Yellow Diamond's role.

My biggest question in regards to the Famethyst, is: What was their role in the war, and how does that impact they way they act now? Presumably all the Rebellion CG's were corrupted on Earth, which implies heavily that the Famethyst fought for Homeworld during the war. But if thats the case, whats up with their reaction to Garnet and crew taking down Holly Blue? Is it just that 5000 years of being put to boot by Holly has started to turned them? or is there something else going on?
Every notice how in gem heist when Amethyst shape shifted into a regular quartz soldier she still had her rounded face while all the other quartz had squares or rectangular heads?
I'm sure we'll see White Diamond in season 5. Rebecca Sugar has said that she'll make season 5 as good as she can in case it's the last season. And I don't think she'll end the possibly last season without White Diamond even being mentioned.

my mind was "almost" blown by this. until you mentioned that amethyst only had the white, in her color scheme. as we all know. jasper was pink diamonds, yet after her departure. she changed her color scheme to yellow.

I've wondered something about Rose. I wonder if she was a test run to see how the Rose quartz would be that's why she seems to be the only one that is mentioned at any time and the reason why all the other ones were bubbled because if they were around it is likely they could have helped in the war and so many gems on the side of home world wouldn't have died. I think pink diamond made the rose quartz and only let one rose quartz out to she how she would work and then when the rebellion happened she couldn't let the other rose quartz out in case there was mistaken identity or something that's why they weren't shattered because they were all at the zoo bubbled when things went down waiting for their turn to live and do their job. But since our rose quarts seem to turn out fault in the eyes of the diamonds they thought better of releasing the rest and just let them say bubbled as the last things that pink diamond made along with the zoo

Uh, just a thought, is it possible that to a small extent that gems are color blind? Im mean, like if you take when the rubies see fake jasper for the first time they do not notice anything wrong until they look very close. It took them a good min or two to notice her coloration difference. Maybe they only see like basic colors and not full on color differences. And then when they play baseball they don't notice that the gems are not really humans. This is because they do not see the gems. They don't even notice that two of them are blue and one is purple. But that's just what I was thinking, I don't know.

If Amethyst really belonged to White Diamond, I suppose this supports the theory of Earth originally belonging to White Diamond. This could also very well mean that Pink took it from White, or perhaps White gave it to her? I don't know White Diamond's relationship with any of the other Diamonds but perhaps they're all closer than we thought?? I mean, in a system where they need to uphold these intese figures in the public eye, they could possibly find solace in being their true selves, almost like their own family. The Diamond version of a Famethyst. White Diamond could have been the glue to the entire family, seeing as the popular theory states, she was the first Diamond and could have very well given life to the other Diamonds. This could mean a close relationship between Pink, White, and Blue since Yellow seemed pretty against Pink and Blue was a nurturing figure to Pink. In Steven universe the court says pink dimond was shadered by a rose quartz which means that might be more rose quartz so if thare are oh would they work for if you can can you try to make a video about this

In reply to anyone talking about how the star insignia should have blown their cover: *The Crystal Gems are OFFICIALLY DEAD to Homeworld* Remember, they *nuked* the earth. Not literally, but they did the gem equivalent of putting the mushroom cloud over Hiroshima. Rose only miraculously managed to save three of her many rebels (one poofed) and Amethyst saved herself on accident by not being born yet. Hundreds upon hundreds of gems were corrupted and as far as the diamonds would know, that included everyone of the Crystal Gems. Even *if* anyone had taken notice of the star, it would probably just be overlooked as a weird coincidence. Think about it, if you've spent thousands of years truly believing that someone is dead then you won't suddenly think that someone is that dead person just because they have a certain symbol. Imagine a human rebel army that you knew was bombed out of existence 50 years ago and then no one heard anything from them again, but you see some old guy wearing their symbol in a crowd. Even if he's acting a little weird, he's not really making a fuss. Would you seriously think, without any other prompting than the symbol, that he'd be one of the rebel soldiers that everyone - literally everyone - had assumed to be dead for all those years but now for some reason was mingling with this group of legit-looking people? If you would, you're crazy paranoid. It's just too much of a coincidence. If Pearl had been using the same outfit as she had during the rebellion then it *might* have been enough for someone to raise an eyebrow but the logical thing is to assume that a star is just a star.

this theory is incredibly believable and tbh I DO buy it, but for argument's sake, Pearl's star went unnoticed/ unmentioned at the zoo as well.

i think there are more amethysts in blue diamonds court since blue would need more amethysts for different jobs since most of the amethysts at the human zoo are really disrespectful to holly blue agate so blue diamond would be upset and she needs more guards for different things also that also means there can be more agates in courts instead of one

My biggest question in regards to the Famethyst, is:
What was their role in the war, and how does that impact they way they act now?
Presumably all the Rebellion CG's were corrupted on Earth, which implies heavily that the Famethyst fought for Homeworld during the war. But if thats the case, whats up with their reaction to Garnet and crew taking down Holly Blue? Is it just that 5000 years of being put to boot by Holly has started to turned them? or is there something else going on?
Every notice how in gem heist when Amethyst shape shifted into a regular quartz soldier she still had her rounded face while all the other quartz had squares or rectangular heads?
i just noticed something, when gems form their holes are lined with glass or melted rock so how much heat is made when a gem forms?

I'm sure we'll see White Diamond in season 5. Rebecca Sugar has said that she'll make season 5 as good as she can in case it's the last season. And I don't think she'll end the possibly last season without White Diamond even being mentioned.

I feel White Diamond gems should have the insignia on their foreheads, because that's where the gem placement is, just like everyone Yellow and Blue diamond insignia on their chest.
I almost feel like Holly Blue didn’t mention the CG’s outfits because of plot reasons. An amethyst soldier with a white diamond insignia? Sure. But a pearl with a *star,* and an unaffiliated ruby and a sapphire without any kind of symbol at all when every single Homeworld gem we’ve seen thus far has one? 🤔
my mind was "almost" blown by this. until you mentioned that amethyst only had the white, in her color scheme. as we all know. jasper was pink diamonds, yet after her departure. she changed her color scheme to yellow.

I've wondered something about Rose. I wonder if she was a test run to see how the Rose quartz would be that's why she seems to be the only one that is mentioned at any time and the reason why all the other ones were bubbled because if they were around it is likely they could have helped in the war and so many gems on the side of home world wouldn't have died. I think pink diamond made the rose quartz and only let one rose quartz out to she how she would work and then when the rebellion happened she couldn't let the other rose quartz out in case there was mistaken identity or something that's why they weren't shattered because they were all at the zoo bubbled when things went down waiting for their turn to live and do their job. But since our rose quarts seem to turn out fault in the eyes of the diamonds they thought better of releasing the rest and just let them say bubbled as the last things that pink diamond made along with the zoo
what if yellow diamond had a falling out with pink and white D. so she shattered pink and blamed rose quarts to create a need to stand toghether, but white saw throug it and is now being held prisoner by yellow

Uh, just a thought, is it possible that to a small extent that gems are color blind? Im mean, like if you take when the rubies see fake jasper for the first time they do not notice anything wrong until they look very close. It took them a good min or two to notice her coloration difference. Maybe they only see like basic colors and not full on color differences. And then when they play baseball they don't notice that the gems are not really humans. This is because they do not see the gems. They don't even notice that two of them are blue and one is purple. But that's just what I was thinking, I don't know.

If Amethyst really belonged to White Diamond, I suppose this supports the theory of Earth originally belonging to White Diamond. This could also very well mean that Pink took it from White, or perhaps White gave it to her? I don't know White Diamond's relationship with any of the other Diamonds but perhaps they're all closer than we thought?? I mean, in a system where they need to uphold these intese figures in the public eye, they could possibly find solace in being their true selves, almost like their own family. The Diamond version of a Famethyst. White Diamond could have been the glue to the entire family, seeing as the popular theory states, she was the first Diamond and could have very well given life to the other Diamonds. This could mean a close relationship between Pink, White, and Blue since Yellow seemed pretty against Pink and Blue was a nurturing figure to Pink.

*The Crystal Gems are OFFICIALLY DEAD to Homeworld*
Remember, they *nuked* the earth. Not literally, but they did the gem equivalent of putting the mushroom cloud over Hiroshima. Rose only miraculously managed to save three of her many rebels (one poofed) and Amethyst saved herself on accident by not being born yet. Hundreds upon hundreds of gems were corrupted and as far as the diamonds would know, that included everyone of the Crystal Gems.
Even *if* anyone had taken notice of the star, it would probably just be overlooked as a weird coincidence. Think about it, if you've spent thousands of years truly believing that someone is dead then you won't suddenly think that someone is that dead person just because they have a certain symbol.
Imagine a human rebel army that you knew was bombed out of existence 50 years ago and then no one heard anything from them again, but you see some old guy wearing their symbol in a crowd. Even if he's acting a little weird, he's not really making a fuss. Would you seriously think, without any other prompting than the symbol, that he'd be one of the rebel soldiers that everyone - literally everyone - had assumed to be dead for all those years but now for some reason was mingling with this group of legit-looking people? If you would, you're crazy paranoid. It's just too much of a coincidence.
If Pearl had been using the same outfit as she had during the rebellion then it *might* have been enough for someone to raise an eyebrow but the logical thing is to assume that a star is just a star.
Holly Blue Agate thought Amethyst belonged to the zoo/Blue Diamond, she said Amethysts should guard the door, she wouldn't say that to a White diamond gem, a White D. Amethyst wouldn't have to guard a door that blue diamond Amethyst do. so....
