Reminds me of something that happened at a department I used to work for. Once had a guy come from a very slow firehouse to the busiest firehouse in the city. Pulled up on scene of a working fire, this is what he said: "FIRE!.........SHIT!!!!..........FIRE!!!!" Threw down the mic and went to work.
this is what happens when idiots with degrees cut manpower. no truck company should run with less than 6 men' it takes 6 men to throw the 50' ground ladder. an engine company with less than 5 men. to be able to lead out 2 lines at once' 1 to protect the exposures and 1 to attack the fire. great job e82 tr42 div 5
You know it’s a good job when you get a holy shit during the arrival report and the chief says dammit during a progress report. Strong work.
I remember this fire. I was listening online. I saved the audio because of the arrival report.
"82, Truck 42 on the scene...HOLY SHIT...uh, let's see...pull up, pull up, pull up!"
Thanks for sharing.
Been a while since the last video.
