This actually interests me a great deal. I’m currently starting a restorative phase. I’m running into 2 injuries. First injury is a distal clavicle pain from bench press and heavy bag training. Second injury is a gas/bloating type of pain that comes from doing the valsalva maneuver on hack squats, leg presses, and trap bar deads/ trap bar carries.

Sorry to hear. I wish you well. I've got dodgy shoulders myself at the moment hence why I felt I needed this. Sometimes knees aren't too good either.
