Had mine 3 years almost now, got a new motor, it packed in at 800+ miles bike was a year and a half old, second motor still going strong love the bike, worth every penny, i would upgraded the controller to the ridecontrol dash that should have come with it in the first place.
Thanks for the upload. I'm looking at getting one of these bikes and your video has some useful info. You mentioned something about the shock and I didn't quite understand? What was the problem with the shock?
It's the frame design. Water and dirt puddles at the bottom of the shock. Also large stones can get in there and scratch the frame. Apart from that it's a great bike, it looks after you on tuff trails. It's a bit like a monster truck! Still regularly using mine out on the mendip trails.
How much faster is that motor vs the 70n.m. stance? Do you notice a big difference? I bet the suspension is awesome i test drove a stance E was impressed on even that bike
I was originally looking at the stance but the trails I ride are very stoney. so needed good suspension travel! The new stance looks good and it looks like it can have a nice controller!

My 2023 Trance came equipped with a DEAD BATTERY CHARGER! I may see a replacement in a month. Customer Service???
Maybe you could put a strap around the downtube to tighten the battery fit or a piece of rubber in between battery and frame
