I and my partner are considering this route for our forever home but we are nervous about how to get started. We have a spot of land 0.526 of an acre. Do you guys help with all the plumbing and connections or is that on us to figure out and you guys only handle the building. We are complete greenhorns on this but feel strongly this is what we are looking for. ugh....

BreakIToffRoading your seeing it the same day they put zip boards up. At the time of video they had not flashed all the seams. We completely seal all joints and made great lengths to do so on this project if you watch later episodes. Thanks for watching! JH

Gotcha. I was just asking, I have no construction experience. Which is why, I asked wasn't trying to bash. I really want to build one OR have you guys build one for me in North Carolina.
What would the price be on a 3000 square feet Barndominium? Seen one guy said it cost him $33sqft for a 2500 build.

For us it is similar to if you were building a custom home. He might have paid $33 per ft for the shell of the building but not the finish out. The things on the inside cost the same whether in conventional or non conventional
