those old kaw air cooled singles are nearly bulletproof . seem to last forever . i have several , and love them . jd used them on several different mower models . the 180 was made 1986 thru 1990 .

i have the same tractor it is 46 years old mine is like new and it is still blowing snow in winter and doing odd jobs in the summer got it new now i got a 2005 lt180 to mow the lawn
