I have one and the screw would loosen after a couple hundred shots and I didn’t notice so it flew out and hit my tv and broke it. I drew a line with the a sharpie on the medal pipe to know when to retighten the screw and everything is good now

In all reality for anyone serious, get a reflex bag that doesn't have a bottom spring. It's just way to dang slow to actually be "reflexive". I used a tutorial on here by an Australian guy named Reedy Kewlus to make one out of PVC pipe and a base. It is fast and you can hit it at least 75% power. You still need to be controlled of course, work realistic combos. Also good to do cardio.

This is sooo right bc I accidently broke off the spring earlier today I didn't even mean to hit it hard but it just happened. Thing is, I have it outside in the middle of my mom's two cars and I was lucky enough to not break anything 🤣 Lesson learned: Don't hit the relex bad too hard bc A: it's used to build reflex and coordination and B: just be safe lol 😭💀

Mine didn’t have screw on tight enough and it broke on a power shot after some jabs, my reflex made me go in trying to punch it again as it fell, the top bouncy part hit the floor and bounced directly up and the hallow metal bar stabbed into the skin directly below my nose almost upper lip but I’m lucky it didn’t hit my eye or break any tooth I just needed to get stitches under my lip at the er but it was an experience also surprisingly it wasn’t painful I did loose a lot of blood tho

On Moses… I did a spinning back kick so perfect I finally figured it out and as soon as I did it the foam ripped off the top exposing the metal and I stopped my self from punching it 🤷🏾‍♂️ he is def right . I’m on my second one 😅

Ngl don't purchase these I have from multiple brands there pointless unless it's a cobra bag or bag with a spring in the middle not the bottom just dont and there boring not good for "reflexes" it's just good for hand eye coordination stick to heavy bags aqua bags and get a reflex ball head band for a lighter exercise and it's a cheaper alternative

Thanks I would punch mine let it bounce of then stick and up and block it when it comes back up but I punched it and it sheared the bolt like a tooth pic that holds the bag on the pole. I will just hit it easy and just practice ducking. And blocking but no power punches. That bag did improve telegraphing greatly. Thanks for doing that I wish I would ha e knew that then I would not have destroyed reflex bag thanks.
