    That’s interesting to see videos about Boerne.. I grew up there! I don’t think I would move back though.. not sure what I would do except look at an oak tree and shop for antiques. Although I do like that old bakery down there by the river. I remember it was there back in the 80’s.

    I like Boerne a lot but its just to expensive for me to buy a house there :( my next choice is New Braunfels ....

    The county has * no * power to stop developers from building outside city limits. You can thank state government and Donna Campbell for that. Developers can do what they want. 3000 people petitioned to stop Shoreline, but the developers won.
    Secondly, water has been scarce for almost the 35 years I've lived here. If you build, I highly recommend building your own rain water catchment system. Not joking.

    San Antonio Growing-people moving To San Antonio
    with about 50 High Schools-San Antonio has Hills North of 1604 which is in San Antonio boundaries-San Antonio is College City USA 6 Univesities and 5 Colleges--San Antonio has Hills -like the hills of Boerne---
    San Antonio has wonderful school districts-like Alamo Heights-NEISD and others--
    LEE High School -Alamo Heights-Churchill-Regan-Johnson winning State Champs-
    San Antonio has many events going on----San Antonio more young people moving to San Antonio not Auatin
    Alot of consturction going on in San Antonio about 32 new downtown buildings going up-

      35 minutes to downtown San Antonio. Not a bad commute. Most people who live in any suburb typically commute to the city.
