I agree with this fact with my own experience! i am vegetarian nd consumes only dairy product so, when i was in INDIA the milk came directly from a known family in nearby village. i used to complete my diet mostly with milk and whey protein and most of the time i used to consume the milk directly without even boiling (i know its not a good thing to do but fresh milk tastes different) nd with no sugar at all, and never had any gut issues, but ever since i move to Europe the milk here tastes awful, i literally vomited when i took the first sip, also u can't drink it without boiling it and if u do u will get an instant diarrhea, with so much gas and bloating. i never had these symptoms in INDIA even though the milk there was full fat (around 10 to 12% (buffalo milk)) nd here its max to max 3.2%. Even when i went back to INDIA i cross checked if i was wrong but surprisingly, i was still able to digest the milk there. But as soon as i was back in Europe the situation remained same. So, in summary milk in EUROPE is wayy WORST and the milk in the INDIA is the BEST i've ever had in my whole life!!!
sir if 99% of milk in india is a2, then why do amul and mother dairy use a1 milk, also why do 99% wheyproteins like muscleblaze asitis, avvatar like brands use a1 milk, why only2-3 a2 milk protein brands worldwide?
Because A1 is easily available , there's one big factor European cows have caliber to produce much higher quantity milk 🥛rather then Bharatiya cows.... Likewise if A desi cow 🐮 give 2-3 litre but European cow 🐄 can 7-10 litre. That's why most of the dairy farm 🚜🐄🌾keep these breed For making profile ☑️

My doubts are -
1)When talked about ghee which is only fat and no protein in it , so it doesn't contain A1 or A2 protein whether the ghee is prepared from desi cow or gersey cow , so is gersey cow ghee and desi cow ghee same ?

I have been consuming A1 milk fir decades and I am healthy and able to stay medicine free. I have never faced any issuues and have no reason to shell out extra money froom my pocket.

So the milk which is commercially available in Indian market, sold by different companies, are those all A2 milk? Because they are Indian companies, and most of the cow milk produced in India are A2. Or are these companies selling A1 milk somehow?
