Thank you for this explanation. I have removed cow dairy mostly and try only raw, organic milk and cheese. This elimination has helped my muscles work better. Also I have stopped drinking any alcohol on regular basis. The experience with yogurt for example turns my muscles into a cement like state- not the muscle itself but it makes moving very difficult, ie; balance is way off, restricted flexibility, pain pain pain. I think this is a gut related issue possibly or maybe just as you explained the blocking of glutathione production. I was truly surprised when the raw cow milk I bought had this same affect on me- the label had local jersey cows pictured on it. I thought I had Parkinson’s disease or Rheumatoid Arthritis. This food stuff is tough to navigate right now so thank you again for sharing your knowledge. Any thoughts about my experience?
One thing is even if I tried a2 goat milk it tasted so bad and I got big bloating. I right now do not have access to a2 cow milk and I will try it next month. The only thing that works for me is a1 kefir and a1 lactose free sour milk so something in fermented a1 changes allergens. But I crave for warm chocolate milk which I am not taking for last few yrs due to bloating...will try a2 cow milk next month!!
I don't understand homogenized process as well... I know how it works.. but why...and the answer should come from somebody outside milk profiteers. My understanding..what looks better sells better...and it's not necessary promoting healthy consumption.
Lol @"hundreds of thousands of years ago". Oldest genealogies actually written down put the planet at 6-7000 years old. Not improvable conjectures or theories.
I'm really beginning to feel sorry these animals. It's hard enough to get them on the grass, now we have to start despising types of cows for the milk produce. It's like they're black, and we're all becoming racist all over again. This is breaking my heart. Cows milk is milk.

Is a1 milk improved by fermenting it into yogurt and kefir?
i live in So FL. No farms, no ranches, no mennonites.. how would I go about finding A2 or raw milk in a dry environment?
I've found a local dairy near Salem Oregon that has A2A2 cows. Sunrise Dairy. You can buy direct 2 day's a week.
How long has this A2 milk been on the market?
Sounds like a sales pitch to me.
Selling health opportunity on the daily.
have you read the more recent studies on A2 milk? what are your thoughts on that?
which studies

How do I know if my milk is A1 or A2? For example, Costco organic 2% milk. Being produced in mass probably means it’s A1 but how do I know/check?
Costco does actually carry an A2 milk. It says A2 on big letters on the front.
If it’s A2/A2, it will definitely say it. They’ll be proud to list it on the label. If it doesn’t specify, then it is A1/A1.
Hi my kids r skinny ..which milk is preferable 2 give like a2 or costco organic whole milk..are they one n same

Unfortunately, we created the problem by only using high output dairy cows.
@@DrWholeness Yes, I realize this. It still hurts and I fear it's only going to get worse.
Oh, come on. This has literally zero to do with racism.
@@xxpowwowbluexx I didn't suggest it did.
What?? 😂😂
It's just a hell of a lot more expensive
We buy ours from a local farmer. I would say we are actually saving money.
