When I'm ruminating about past events, I say, "That was then. This is now." It zips me right into the present.

I say I'll never to that again. Thank God!

If it's something I regret, I say, "Well, that wasn't my finest moment"

Instead of using the word crash, i learned to use the term adjusting period. It helps me to overcome the uncomfotable symptoms much easier.

Your re-origin video's are extremely helpful, thank you so much! One thing I used to tell myself a lot (I'm 73 now) is *this too shall pass* and try not to think about that when the good times come, LOL. That kind of took some power out of the anxiety for me.

I have chronic migraines (and ME/CFS) since many years. Although i myself still have not found a 'cure' i take magnesium, vitamin B2 (2× 200mg) and i find stretching or Tai Qi or a few simple Yoga exercises help balance the hormones - as a prevention.
However the weather, too many stimuli or the hormonal cycle and so many factors are hard to change... your neurological reaction does change over time. So let's keep hoping for ease🙏.
Singing or humming often helps me keep my stress levels lower.

Has anyone here completed the actual re-origin brain training program? I'm trying to decide between that one and Vital Side's "Rewire" so would appreciate anyone who can weigh in with direct experience on either or both programs -- thank you so much for reading and/or commenting!

By the way, I did DNRS many years ago with good results, and more recently attempted to get through Primal Trust but found the layout/user experience incredibly overwhelming and super dense to navigate, and ended up having to cancel after 3 months and $300, unfortunately.

Update: I decided to spring for re-origin's program and while I just started it (on day 1/28), I'm glad I did. It's organized in a much cleaner, simpler, and less overwhelming fashion than PT, and everything inside the program is executed super professionally so far. Of course, the specific brain retraining program you choose is highly-dependent on your preferences/needs so I'm not knocking the others (and, after all, the content is likely going to be comparable across programs), but for me personally re-origin is already turning out way better and more doable than PT. Wish I had spent this money on re-origin to begin with.

Please speak slower. Fast talking can trigger some peoples nervous system to dysregulate.
