Hi, just want to say thanks for speedrunning my hack! this is really cool!
For the beginning of section 2 of the thwomp level, it is not RNG. It depends of your last directional input on the dpad. If it is left mario will throw in the left direction, if it is right, it goes in the right direction. I personally just neutral and press up there and It is 100% consistent. I was trying to see what was your input that creates the issue, and you seem to slightly press back, which make you do that.
