Ingredients:
1000 g of minced meat (a mixture of beef, veal, and lamb)
150 g of onion, finely chopped
2 g of garlic, powdered
18 g of salt
2 g of pepper
7 g baking soda (for juiciness)
Instructions for preparation:
Preparing the Burger Mixture:
Place ground meat in a large bowl. Add finely chopped onion, garlic, salt, pepper and baking soda.
Mix all the ingredients well with your hands until all the spices are evenly distributed and the mixture becomes smooth.
Vacation Smes:
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and leave the mixture to rest in the refrigerator for at least 24 hours, ideally several overnight. This will allow all the flavors to permeate, and the baking soda will make the meat juicier.
Shaping Patties:
After the mixture has rested, use your hands to form patties about 1-1.5 cm thick. Coat them with a little oil so that they bake better.

@@danieltenton supa od govedjih kostiju. Uzmes govedje kosti suplje 2-3 kile sipas u lonac sa vodom i kuvas 2 sata. Ne mesajte govedje supe u kockama sa ovim delikatesom.... Za somun imas recepata koliko volis samo kljucno za pecenje pravog somuna je temperatura od 400-500 stepeni koju ti ne mozes dobiti u kucnoj rerni. Ja imam malu pica pec na pelet u njoj pecem pice i somune ali samo za domacu upotrebu. Tu bide ta temperatura.
