I would definitely say real estate at first, and would be the best investment overall. but investing in properties you don’t live in takes physical effort.. where investing in the computer is passive and becoming very lucrative.

Amc business is very competitive, with new entries in last few months ( zerodha, Bajaj finser, Navi ) which are more tech savvy than other present in the industry it's very difficult for them to maintain margins as equity AUM is going down and overall hdfc amc funds are not performing well compared to other AMC , it's forsure multibagger sector but at this point in time difficult to identify clear leader. It's a view point must do due diligence before investing on opinion

People started judging him telling that his recommendations and smallcases aren't working.. if you're taking his videos as buying recommendations, you're a big fool, not Akshat. If Ray dalio and Charlie Munger can be wrong on BABA till now .. offcourse Akshat can also be...but he always said that BABA is true Value stock and it is. Agree to an extent, but I'd say learn about trends/industries that you don't know about so you don't miss out on a potential opportunity. You can decide not to invest even after that but that additional knowledge won't hurt. Hi Akshat sir loved the analysis just one query regarding HDFC AMC considering that the AMC industry in itself is facing such competition because of the new inflow of aum I feel that the barrier to entry for Hdfc Amc is slightly doubtful given the fact that more and more information is available regarding choosing mutual fund schemes, the fact that hdfc amcs schemes have not been at the best of their potential and other amcs like kotak, Parag Parikh , PGIM , Axis and some other schemes from some amcs are also consistently doing well. Given the underperformance of hdfc schemes and awareness of investors don't you think that it will be difficult for hdfc Amc to grow at the rate at which it has been growing . still valuations look high. Just look at PE and the way stock prices increased in last 2 years. still 10% more correction should happen. nevertheless, still overall valuations look high and not only for these stocks

hi akshat, what a coincidence, i made same list on monday. But instead of CAMS , i had Balaji amines and Aditya Birla Capital Ltd , i added HDFC AMC more, Brought Both Alkyl Amines , Balaji Amines, Axis i invested. Pidilite, Relaxo and PI industries i was waiting to come close to DMA 200 but now i will buy on coming Monday Pidilite and wait for Relaxo and PI industries , both are long terms so will take a entry. All this was because of series of videos of learning we got from you. Crypto is only one seg i left as my first priority is to make entry in US stocks FB and Coinbase and may by Ailbaba ( still watching to see reversal trend in alibaba). Then will start in Crypto in SIP based.
Great video 👌 One has to be a real opportunist to accumulate stocks like Asian paints,Pidilite, Infosys, HUL etc, as they generally do not correct frequently and even when they do, the percentage is not significant.. Talking about banks, I am sure it has to be HDFC Bank which has reported positive financing profits.. It's a real gem in the banking sector.
On AMCs, what about the argument that Expense Ratios have consistently fallen, and will continue to fall as the industry gets more and more crowded? Doesn't it mean smaller margins, even for a company like HDFC AMC?
Their opm% is 80, too much margin to absorb that shock! And even If it shrinks the bottom line might not suffer cos with low expense ratio the volume will rise too. What say?

Hdfc amc - continues to loose market share. Margins in the MF industry are contracting. Would be great to get your thoughts. How would MF sectors further get disrupted by zerodha ? Colgate and HUL are also great stocks specially at current levels. How would fintech disrupt banking sector ? Is there a case for banks to get de rated ?
Axis has the lowest NIM% compared to its peers. Probably, this is causing the worry. Of course, once NIM improves, it will spike. Thanks for the insightful video.

Big tip: DON’T invest in sectors that you have no idea about. For me Speciality chemicals is one such sector. So i stay away.
