Just came back from Tennessee and stopped by there on my way up to Clarksville. Great staff and great store. Lenny you definitely made that place a destination. I picked up sights for my Glock 43X and a shields 15 round magazine and upgraded my slide release. I was prepared to have to install everything at home in Florida but to my surprise your store installed everything! The best service I have ever had at a gun store.
Obviously you have never own one. How i know this is : 1 they are AWESOME out of the box 2 question? Did you change anything on your personal car? 3 your gun is a extension of your self just like the cloths you wear
@@armorers_wrench You can either cut a thread from the set screw itself or for added precision, time and complexity, you can also use a tap. If you so choose, you can then remove the set screw, apply some blue loctite and secure it along with making the proper travel adjustment. I've been doing these for over a decade. Using a tap doesn't make a net positive. The polymer that the housing is made from is very slippery. I have chased the thread cut by the setscrew and tested the theory, if anything it kinda loosens up the setscrew tension. I have also used the tap right after cutting the hole and basically the same observation about slightly looser on the set screw. I prefer to let the set screw make the thread even though I have the 2-56 tap and have used it a handful of times for these. The only thing you need to be careful of is keeping the hole drilled perfectly straight and using loctite to keep your adjustment.
I do this on all my SS and glock trigger housings after installing a Timney Alpha, overall the single greatest improvement to the glock system by far. Drill tap and set screw with loctite. 😚👌
I still like the way Johnny glocks does this mod by adding a pin from the top down. In this mod in the video, with the screw coming in from the rear of the housing I would be worried that the screw could eventually move further forward making the safety shelf/cruciform connection a real safety issue.
Set screws are used now, more customizable to the individual, but yeah same concept, I been doing this for pre and over travel all learned from the master JG
Just train more and you can easily shoot. 15 splits with a stock oem trigger. I spent all the money on triggers and went back stock after I got good at shooting.
Even Better, install the Glock Factory Performance trigger it has a shorter pull, quicker reset, crisp Clean Decisive Brake, much better than stock ! The striker is preloaded by the slide action, the new assembly just drops the sear, where the old trigger loads the striker spring its this action that causes that mushy feel before the brake . The new trigger just drops the sear for a clean brake, NO MUSHY FEEL . This one improvement makes for a cleaner more accurate shot , HUGE IMPROVEMENT AT THE RANGE , A MUST HAVE UPGRADE FOR YOUR GLOCK !
Lenny, Does that new trigger stop assembly come with the performance trigger as well? Or is the trigger the stock trigger? Thanks Sir for another detailed video🙏
It would be good if you just tell us what are the possible options for the Glock prize. Like if I’m aware that I can win a 43x or 19 MOS or custom works etc I would definitely purchase more entries.
And I thought I was the only one who used a roll of duct tape as an armorers tool.....i have about half a dozen different rolls of tape that I use for these purposed
This only takes away the reset, but doesn't take away any of the large amount of pre-travel that the Glock trigger has before the wall, which is the biggest gripe when it comes to Glock's stock triggers.
When in doubt use Johnny Glocks version. Much better and won’t move forward. Johnny fixed this issue by moving the screw to the top down position. Just fyi.
This appears to be another gimmick part which if maladjusted by a fractional part of a turn will only serve to detract from the Glock pistol's legendary reliability.
Bought something from yall thanksgiving day and still haven’t received it Never buying again from yall, my amazon stuff gets here way before y’all’s stuff even with the holidays
I want “one of these” really badly right now! But, I had Christmas presents to buy for 4 grandkids which made me a little light in the wallet for a couple months. I’m going to the website see what I have to do to enter. If I don’t win one now. I’m patient. I’ll be able to buy “one of these” very shortly. The. I’m sure I’ll be a regular visitor to the Glockstore to “make it my own” so to speak with your mods! 💪🏼👍🏻
Come on Lenny why not polish up the internals on a custom build? Obviously reducing the over travel you would want to make the trigger as good as possible. A little polish goes a long way.
I love the supersoaker in the background.
Johnny Glocks has been doing this for years now on all his trigger systems. plus the pre travel is adjustable on his set ups.

@@myYear66Dude what are you yapping about
I put Johnny Glock‘s triggers in all my Glocks and they’re amazing. What a difference from the factory ones 30 bucks you can’t be it.
I beileve Lenny could sell snowballs to eskimos.
I modified my trigger housing . Drill and tap 2-56 and use stainless set screw , a little adjustment and it works .
Did you tap the plastic??
@@armorers_wrench of course , since its plastic the set screw will go in tight. Make sure it straight and square . Tap drill is # 50

@ yes 2-56 tap
Not all heroes wear capes
Need this for the performance trigger !
I’ve definitely felt that 'spongy' trigger issue before, and this Enhanced Over Travel Trigger Stop sounds like a solid upgrade.

Good point, And he didn’t mention adding threadlocker,
Could just add threadlokker..?
I’ve got one for the Gen 4 with thousands of rounds through it and the screw has never moved. 🤷🏻♂️
I got my mines perfect and put super glue in the rear.
Set screws are used now, more customizable to the individual, but yeah same concept, I been doing this for pre and over travel all learned from the master JG
Outstanding description of the Glock trigger. You made removing the trigger pin look easy, I always struggle with it. As always great video. Thanks.
Just train more and you can easily shoot. 15 splits with a stock oem trigger. I spent all the money on triggers and went back stock after I got good at shooting.
Lenny, the Boss of Glock!
This is great. Been doing it for a while. This plus pre travel adjustment detent.

My gen3 Glock I put a a longwolf housing like that. That already came with the set screw doing the same purpose, but very good either way.
Lenny is a great host, everybody knows that.
Lenny, Does that new trigger stop assembly come with the performance trigger as well? Or is the trigger the stock trigger? Thanks Sir for another detailed video🙏
what keeps the screw from backing out due wear ? How often would you have to readjust the set screw ?
It would be good if you just tell us what are the possible options for the Glock prize. Like if I’m aware that I can win a 43x or 19 MOS or custom works etc I would definitely purchase more entries.
We’re just trying to be careful and abide buy TH-cam guidelines. But it’s any factory model of your choice.
Good show Lenny. I like this
In your everyday carry you have a Glock 43x with pyramid trigger what spring did you use from kit 3 or 4lb to get that 3.5lb trigger you have ?
Hey Lenny, should I use any locktite on the new over travel screw? Or do you feel it will not move after many shots? Thank you Lenny
Just bought my patch🤙🏼
Didn't the Adjustible Pyramid Trigger (gen1) take care of thid problem?
Ouch Lenny, I hope your elbow is ok!
I would like to see the glock sitting on the give away box
If I don’t want a new Glock, can I have that sweet AR Supersoaker in the background??
If you win, we will give you the super soaker! 👍🏼
Will this be available for the 43x?
Will this work for the Glock 43X or 48?
Need this for the 43X....
And I thought I was the only one who used a roll of duct tape as an armorers tool.....i have about half a dozen different rolls of tape that I use for these purposed
Do you have refrigerators magnet also.
We do!
@@glockstore how much are they sir
If you a Glock owner you should know how to adjust your trigger whit your stock parts it’s old but new for this generation
Pretty soon people are going to have a magnifier to go along with those giant optics.
Master at glocks period
Are you guys ever going to make a black yikes connector for the 43X??
Yikes connector? What does that do?
i was sent a santa patch in an order, does that count as an entry?

Kool how muc are the patches?!
Is this mod available for gen4 trigger housing?
Question??? Is Johnny Glock and Glock store related business wise???
Where do I enter to win the super soaker on the wall
Walmart
Will this work with the pyramid triggers?
It will!
This appears to be another gimmick part which if maladjusted by a fractional part of a turn will only serve to detract from the Glock pistol's legendary reliability.

Pull out ejector with pliers? If you have a 10 mm, just shoot full house rounds... it will back out on its own!
I never won any firearm i live in California
Do you guys do porting?
maple leaf firearms does. they have done all my work and i am always pleased with their work.
You still know morte about glocks than anyone
Yup it's like it's job huh.
Man just improve the trigger damn
I missed the installation of the trigger return spring.
I mean, I guess this is an option if you absolutely insist on keeping the crappy factory trigger.
Wouldn’t it be better to just buy a 1911??
😆😆😆
"Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery"........You're a little late to the party, Lenny. This has been done for years.
Way behind.......Johnny Glock was doing this a few years ago! Have You been under a rock.😂🤘🏻🇺🇸
We've been selling this for years too. Just now making a video about it.
way to be a DB for no reason, Christopher 👍
Show some respect or go back to sitting at the kids table.
Look at you guys copying Johnny Glock
Not a huge fan of these
