Those apartments in California are nice they actually look like designer kitchens. The kitchens in apartments around here have generic oak cabinets, formica counter tops and white appliances.

Rules are most likely the same as most apartments.. You can hang stuff up on walls, but you're not allowed to change the carpet, flooring, or do remodeling.. And if they let you paint the walls, you have to pay a repainting fee when your lease is up.
