samalu - 1 glass
oil - 3 spoons
urad dal - 1 spoon
bengal gram - 1 spoon
ground nuts - 2 spoons
mustard seeds - 1 spoon
jeera - 1 spoon
asafoetida - 1 pinch
onion - 1
greenchilli - 2
ginger pieces - 1 spoon
curry leaves
carrot - 1
tomato -1
lemon - half
