    Hi Tara, These were so fun to make. Your videos are great because I can make the recipe right along with you. The caramel and powdered sugar on top made them irresistible. I learned a lot too like how to work with Phyllo dough, your tips were very helpful. Thank you and of course, we ate them all by the next day....may need to make more......

    Thank you for this video. I’ve never worked with phyllo before and this video is so great. I’m making cherry turnovers today using cherry pie filling from a can. I was hesitant but now that I’ve watched your video I’m confident that I can pull this off. Once again thank you for the video 😊

    Good morning Tara! I’ve made many apple pies in my life, but these would be really fun to make and share with friends. I help with 2 seniors and I know they would love this idea since a large pie would be way too much for them but this portion would be perfect! Thank you!😊

    If you keep a slightly damp kitchen towel over the sheets you aren't using yet they won't crack as easily.

      Thanks so much! I just let them cool for 5 to 10 minutes before I give them a nice dusting of powdered sugar 🥰

      It is 4 layers, but you fold them into triangles so the dough overlaps. 🥰 hope that makes sense!

      The dough can be tricky to work with. Make sure it is the right amount of layers thick (4) and don’t pull it out of the fridge too early.
