My wife used to work in UK as a nurse. Pinaalis ko muna kasi di jame makaipon ang baba kasi ng sweldo.Kung buong family kayong pupunta at kung may mga anak kayong alagain. Mahirap. Kasi di kayang buhayin ng sweldo ng nurse ang family of 4 need talaga magwork pareho. pero kung malilit pa mga bata pano na.
Now we are weighing our option kung babalik kame ng uk or sa ibang bansa nalang. Kinokonsider namen mag migrate not bec of the salary pero para sa mga bata. Gusto namen magtapos ng university ang mga bata sa western countries.
Uk is in the option dahil registered nurse ang wife ko madali nakang samen. Pero kung may makikitang mas magandang opportunity na mas okey na salary at mas mabilis na permanent residency mas pipiliit namen yun. Isa pang problema sa uk you need 5 years just to be a permanent resident "ILR" unlike canada and aus once you passed the immigration criterias ang scores the moment you land there PR ka.
Well may mga pros and cons lahat. Depende lang sa priorities nyo.

IMO mas malaki sahod sa Germany compared sa UK. My sis is currently working in UK po. We are both 3 years working as OFWs in UK and Germany respectively. Both working in speacial areas. Mas lamang sahod q ng almost 300-500 pounds monthly sa kanya even though she works overtime and I don’t. Mas maganda din ang health benefits dito sa Germany that you can even file burn out as an excuse sa sickleave. You don’t need visas when you travel to other EU countries. Yun lang talagang need mag study ng German language. Swertihan lng din if yung mga nakakasama mo sa unit or station ay mababait. Anyway, lahat ng bansa may racists kaya tatagan lang po ninyo ang mga loob ninyo if you want to work abroad. ✌🏽

I am living in Germany for about 40 years, there are ups and down but happy except for the last 5 years. It is shit and dumb. My feeling is a lot of jealousy and misinterpretations.
